Monthly Rentals in Zone 1

Erika's place had everything we needed. The location allowed us to easily visit sites in Guatemala by car. We were central enough to get to all major attractions within an hour or so. Erika provided us with ample suggestions for restaurants and tourist attractions. We'd like to visit again and spend more time as we couldn't see everything we wanted to see and would gladly stay at Erika's again.

Mario’s place was bright, clean, and well equipped. We had excellent communication, and he generously allowed me to check in early. I would happily stay there again!

I've stayed at many places onamy countries. Cesar is the very best, most helpful host I have ever had. He will bend over backwards to make sure you have a great stay with recommendations and whatever you need. The building is old and weird, but great and safe. make sure the door latches, I accidentally left it open all night one night. Nothing happened, so I guess it's safe! Thanks Cesar!

It is an excellent space, clean, bright and with all the necessary details to ensure a peaceful stay. It's very close to the city's main pedestrian street, and that saves a lot of transfers. Isidro is an excellent and attentive host and his availability to answer any questions is good. If you stay with him, don't miss his recommendations, they're all very good and save you time making decisions. Highly recommended!!
