House vacation rentals in Zittau Mountains

We were a group of 9 friends with 9 kids and this place was absolutely incredible! We felt right at home, check in was super. We lit the oven and sauna and made pizza in the pizza oven. The guys were in heaven with local beer from tap. Jan gave us information about a surrounding hike and we had the best hike into a winter wonderland with rock formations that are out of this world. Outside pool and playground were great, too! Highly recommended!

We used this place for the third time. The location is excellent, the balcony and pool overlook the castle. A few meters up the stairs from the historic center. The place is clean, the pool in the heat is unbeatable, spacious. Seamless communication with Junko, friendly. The lady is on the muff and if necessary, she will arrive. 800m from the house a beautiful view of the whole Úštěk from the lookout point. It's very nice that there is a lot of fruit in the garden that is available to guests in the summer. It is also possible to sit in the garden and in a covered gazebo with chairs.. It’s been such a good stay - I was happy about the clean house and the quick help, whenever I needed it (for example: I forgot to take the house keys with me, but our host was quickly there to help us out!). The house has a very sweet garden with hidden little places where the kids played. They really enjoyed it. It’s pretty quiet around the house, and there’s shops within a few minutes (car ride), so it’s perfect for a calm but uncomplicated stay. We recommend this place!

The stay with Jiri was great. We stayed with him to do the hikes in Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland. We drove for an hour from the property. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the hiking trails, but the accommodation can't be closed. Everything was clean, everything necessary was available and the garden was a dream for the dogs. My family and I spent the weekend in the house. When we arrived, the caretaker, Jana, was waiting for us, who checked us in and introduced us to everything. We didn't see such a beautifully cleaned house for a long time, she was very accommodating and kind. Truly a class in cleaning👌. There was nothing missing in the house. Complete equipment for children with a large children's play area, ❤️ a wonderful garden. From the kitchen beautiful panoramas 🌲 and Jana baked good for us just a golden woman 🙏 we can only recommend this house. It can be seen that the owners put a piece of themselves in the house, we were happy to be part of 😍 it

We had a great stay at this place. Everything was as described. The house is off the beaten path and quiet. The sauna and hot tub were our highlight. What we found a bit unfortunate was that there were no basics in the accommodation such as salt, pepper, sugar, oil and rags. Fortunately, there are several shopping opportunities in 10 minutes by car. In addition, it was sometimes relatively cold in the house, so we would definitely recommend slippers and hot water bottles for the night in the colder months. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful weekend and would come back any time.

The house is very nicely located. From there you can discover great hiking routes. It is suitable for small groups and has everything you need.

A very nice, big and bright place to stay in Lohmen. Easily accessible, whether by car, on foot or by bus. By car, you can get to the Bastei or Dresden very quickly. In the apartment you were equipped with anything, whether it were towels or kitchen utensils. There were also some guidebooks and suggestions for various restaurants😉. Sabine and Michael always responded quickly and were very nice. We were happy to vacation with them.

We were already in her amazing Prague apartment at Lucia's place. That way we learned about her cottage in the mountains. We booked the place for a birthday party and it was great. The garden with views of the river and ski jumps is equipped with a BBQ and outdoor seating, so we spent our time in the fresh air. The cottage has a well equipped spacious kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and large table. The second kitchen is upstairs as well. Both bathrooms were sparkling clean. Lucie was very kind and gave us advice on where to go for trips and what it is worth to visit in the Jizera Mountains. Tourist attractions and destinations are countless in the Jizera Mountains. We loved it there.

This is an amazing place to stay and at anytime of the year!! The amenities of the place ( inside and outside) are just amazing! It had everything we needed and even more! Super quiet and pleasant area to stay and have a fastastic getaway!!

We had a lovely time in Waitzendorf. We were greeted directly by our hosts in a friendly way and they were very likeable. Hiking trails are close by and we were surrounded by land and nature . The tavern across the street invites you to a good meal if you don't fancy cooking. The kitchen is well equipped and the attic was a highlight for the children. For older , not so mobile guests, the attic is not a good sleeping alternative, as the stairs are very steep. We were 6 adults and 2 children . It's ideal for the crowd. Great house , friendly hosts ! Thanks a lot !

We loved staying with Beate. Everything was very pretty, high quality and very clean. The old courtyard workshop was restored with a lot of love. The beautiful terrace overlooking the garden also invites you to relax. We can definitely recommend the accommodation.

We stayed with Enrico as a family with three children (9/8/1) and had a very nice stay. The house is old and simple but you can tell how much love is put into it. For tall people, however, some bumps are pre-programmed... Communication with Enrico was straightforward. The location is also great, where you should be mobile for larger activities in all directions by car. However, it is also very nice on site for a family walk. Thanks for the nice week

This is our second time staying at this beautiful house. It is perfect for a family holiday, for the older generation there is one bedroom and a small bathroom on the ground floor. All rooms are very spacious, tastefully decorated and clean. The fireplace makes it warm and cozy. The hotel restaurant nearby is highly recommend. I'm sure we'll be back.

It was amazing! The house is beautifully renovated and equipped with everything you need (and by this I really mean everything - which is pretty rare for a holiday house). We didn’t meet Zofie in person but the communication was easygoing and friendly. Big recommendation!

We didn't want to leave, because it's so incredibly beautiful here. The accommodation is super clean, furnished with attention to detail, friendly and flooded with light, modern, the kitchen really offers everything you need, the fireplace is the highlight, everything is large and spacious, the mattresses are pleasantly hard and not saggy. We will definitely come back again. The cottage is highly recommended - whether for a getaway or a longer stay. We were 4 adults and 2 children and had lots of space. The games room has so many toys that you really don't need to bring anything. Even so, there were really many utensils for children: potty, high chair, dishes, bibs, cutlery..... thank you!!!

Truly a wonderful place. Four houses next to each other, but very thoughtfully built in such a way that you have privacy and no one is disturbing each other. Gorgeous views on all sides, balm for the soul. The neighborhood is just beautiful, a short walk to the forest, by bike (you can get on the house and in a while you are at the singletreek under Smrkem). A harder mattress, which works for me, great pillows, the amenities of the house are very high. The house is not the best soundproofing of the rooms, it's just a wooden building, but that's probably the only thing that can be mentioned in the shortcomings (if someone were massively snoring or crying children, you can definitely hear between the rooms, but probably when you go to a smaller property together). Overall a really beautiful house in a beautiful place, with a wonderful atmosphere inside and around.

The place was magical, Pavlína was a great host. The cottage was perfectly equipped and perfectly suited our stay with children of different ages. We'd love to go back!
