Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Zipari

We had a wonderful first holiday with our 9 month old son at Giorgos place. The apartment is well set up for little ones and great value for money. Its a 10 minute walk to the lovely Mastihari with its sandy beach, bars and really great restaurants. We had some of the freshest fish there! Transport was easy (we don't yet drive), with a bus stop in the town and a great cab service on hand. The apartment is well equipt with all we needed and more and we enjoyed using the garden in the evenings. Its the perfect spot to see the whole island, easy to locate and next to onw of the nicest small towns the island has to offer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we even did a boat trip one day. Giorgos was really kind, helpful and generous. Anything we needed, he would advise us really quickly and he even shared his own local honey and fresh eggs wit us! We had a wonderful time

We stayed for 3 adults, 1 child-4 people in August. The house has a beautiful view of the sea and sunset in a quiet complex. As you can see from the photos, it is in a very high location, clean and well-maintained. All the essentials you need are available, but if you are constantly going to make home-cooked meals, there may be kitchen supplies you need to bring in addition. Also, you will definitely need a car to get to the grocery store or beaches no matter how close it is. There is no air conditioning in the house but there are mosquito nets on all the windows and balcony door so you can let the breeze in by opening the whole place. Considering that you will be sitting on the balcony, it would still be good to take precautions for flies. The pool is gorgeous in one word! Immaculately clean and very calm. Away from the noise and crowds, it's perfect for those who want to relax. Ms. Sakine and her husband, Mr. Cihansever, were very caring and helpful from the first day until our departure. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them again.

We loved our stay at Guney & Kuzey's flat! Super clean with plenty of space! Communication with Guney was great! He was helpful with directions to the flat as well as recommendations for places to eat. I highly recommend the market just down the street (easy walk) on Fridays to stock up with fresh, delicious, local foods! We made breakfast every morning in the fully stocked kitchen (appliances, pots/pans, kitchen utensils, filter coffee pot, Turkish coffee maker, chai pot, & water) and enjoyed eating outside on the patio. Our stay was in January so the weather was on the colder side but the flat stayed perfectly warm with the split units in each room. The flat is located right in the heart of Bodrum. Easy walk to the waterfront, castle, restaurants and coffee shops. The bed was comfy, the bathroom clean, truly an overall wonderful place to stay in Bodrum! I highly recommend!!

Raphael's place was a perfect home base for our week-long climbing trip. He was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend!

The apartment is perfect for a couple or single person. My girlfriend and I stayed for a month, and the size was perfect. The location is pretty great. Everything is in 30min walking distance (Bodrum downtown but also Gümbet, which is another bay). It's on top of a hill though, so if you don't like walking there's always the Dolmus very close by (local small bus that leaves every 10min). The terrace is huge and has an awesome view of the marina. If you visit during high season, you might hear the loud music of the clubs. They are across the bay, however, the landscape directs the soundwaves to the apartment. Weird phenomenon. Luckily, the bedroom is on the other side of the house and it's always quiet to sleep. Ayca is a great host, communication is fast and flawless. Would definitely book again!

Our stay with Yiannis was completely perfect! Communication with Yannis was great and Yannis gave numerous good tips for restaurants, beaches and things to do. His mother, who takes care of everything on site, was very warm and provided us with delicious homemade sweets and kept the apartment sparkling clean. Location and surroundings pleasantly quiet and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation!

Thank you Yilmaz for being a lovely host; super responsive and helpful. Absolutely loved Yilmaz’s place! Stunning house with stunning views! Bespoke furnishings and very well maintained! The villa was very clean, plenty to do for the kids! Thanks for the PlayStation game! The boys loved it plus the table tennis! The pool was very beautiful and well situated for the morning sun. Plenty of lounge space; and private space to sun bathe. The balcony was beautiful, plenty of fresh air for my morning meditation and yoga. Plenty of wardrobe space; and cupboard space for storage. The fridge was very clean, plenty of cups, plates and pots. Cooker was easy to use and heats up quick. The bathrooms were clean and no problem with hot water. Washing machine and dryer were very useful to have especially when travelling with kids! Would 100% recommend and stay here again if I did return to Bodrum.

We stayed at Spitaki House for a week. The house was perfect in every way. It was very nicely decorated. It has everything you need. The garden of the house was also very enjoyable. It was also very good for us because it was right next to the beach. The owners of the house were very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you also for the gifts. If I ever come to Kos again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

Omar is a wonderful host, very polite and responsive. The place is a newly built duplex where the sitting room and the kitchen are in the first floor and the bedrooms are in the second floor; all the rooms have sea view, and each room has its own bathroom, In general this place is way more beautiful than the photos. There’s a big garden with a full sea view in the front that belong to the apartment. This place will definitely be our first choice if we came back to Bodrum in the future.

Clean, beautiful view

We were a group of 7 friends staying at the Theodores villa for my birthday, we had an absolutely amazing time. Louise who is the manager at TAF and her staff like Joanna, were super communicative and accommodating of our requests and gave us amazing service throughout our time there. The villa and the surrounding areas (the beach, the restaurant) all exceeded expectations and we actually ate at the restaurant quite frequently because we loved the food. We were serviced for housekeeping almost like a hotel but it still felt very private and luxurious. They also helped organise a private yoga session for the group at the villa for additional cost which was great. Overall, we'd love to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends! We stayed as part of our visit to Turkey. The views are breathtaking. We were advised to get a car and I would recommend the same to anyone else. It's not a walking area where the residence is. A 5 minute drive away and you can park & walk. It is truly a remarkable house. After some groceries we spent almost an entire day inside just enjoying the space. It's top on my list when I return to the area.

I visited with my parents and unfortunately only stayed for 7 nights! The communication was excellent, it was apparent that the host genuinely cared about the experience of us as guests. Within 10 minutes walk there were a great selection of restaurants and shops. The photos are accurate to the apartment. Highly recommend, guests won’t be disappointed. Thank you.

I highly recommend it to everyone, incredibly beautiful, cozy apartment, the hosts of this apartment are just a separate topic, they became family after a couple of minutes, helped with the taxi call, fed breakfast. If I could give more than 5 that would be 100.

Stamatis' house is centrally located in the Old town of Kos next to all points of interest (cafes,shops,restaurants, hospital) . The space of the house exactly matches the description is super clean with new electronics as well as beautiful decor. Stamatis on his part answered all our questions and suggested great cafes and restaurants for our best service on the island. I highly recommend Stamatis's place for a wonderful and comfortable stay on the island of Kos.
