All the comforts of home located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The space was very clean and well maintained. Kimberly was easily accessible. Overall great stay!

Kimberley was very responsive, the place was beautiful and comfy! My family and I stayed here while we had to do some renovations and we were pleased with the home (as well as the pool and hot tub)!

The cottage was perfectly located in Safety Harbor, close to everything and had all the amenities to enjoy every experience the area has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay at Corrie's. Very private and people were very friendly!! Unit was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would change is the location for Public's Grocery in the guest book. It is only a few miles up the road. Also, McDonald about the same distance. Love staying there!!!

I absolutely loved my stay at this cozy little house in Spring Hill! The space was clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. One of the highlights was getting to pet and feed the adorable animals on the property — such a unique and heartwarming experience! The host was incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made our stay even better. I can’t wait to come back again — highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at Fredy’s house. The house had a great open kitchen, dining and living room and was perfect for a group of four golfers exploring North Tampa golf courses. The house was clean and had comfortable beds. The pool was a fun addition! It’s a very quiet neighborhood and is easy access to surrounding golf and restaurants are a quick 10 min drive away.

Sarah has a cute small house in a more natural setting. She's taken care with design. Lots of nice outdoor areas to lounge. Place was very clean. Wasn't a major issue for me, but something people might want to know- the property is near a CSX freight railroad line- you will hear freight train whistles throughout the night. Also, the main mattress is a spring type that whenever you move you hear a symphony of spring noises. I was able to sleep well and enjoyed my stay, but thought others may want to know the above. I'd stay with Sarah again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean and exactly as listed, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights was kayaking with the manatees; we even saw baby manatees and lots of other wildlife. The location felt private yet was conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants, which was perfect. Check-in was a breeze, and we enjoyed easy day trips to Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon Island for shelling, Dunedin and Tampa. Weeki wachee state park was just down the street and a fun visit. This place is great for families with young kids, as we appreciated the security measures in place to keep the little ones safe. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

The Alafia River House did not disappoint. Check in was easy with helpful photos & directions. The neighborhood is pretty quiet but yet close to everything too. The house is tucked in right on the river, the yard is lush & Florida tropical, it is the perfect place to sit & read, eat a meal or take a nap. Watching the chickens and surrounding nature are an added bonus. The home is old with character, but so clean & refreshing. All the things you need and more are carefully stowed in antique furniture. Martha is easy to contact, but you shouldn’t need anything. The kitchen is up to date & has all of the extra things that you probably forgot to bring. My husband and I had a sweet trip & the Alafia River House was a gem. Thank you Martha.

We arrived at night days late due to flight cancellations from home weather. Ashley and Josh were very understanding and welcoming. They were responsive and kind throughout our stay. Their daughter showed our kids around the property and shared her toys, making everyone feel welcome. The back house was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The area is beautiful and we felt very safe with our small children. We enjoyed walks to feed the cows, playing with the dogs, finding frogs, watching lizard play, listening to birds, dipping out feet in the pool, and collecting eggs from the chickens. The location was convenient for getting to many locations in and around Tampa.

This was the best Airbnb we have stayed at!!!! We travel alot for basketball and this was a favorite for all 9 of us. The house felt so cozy and decor was amazing. Krista was so generous and flexible with the check in/out times and process. The outside was so relaxing and peaceful, along with so much to do. We will be back!!!

Doug was a great host! He was very quick to respond to every message. Cottage was very comfortable. Slept great on super comfy beds and quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay! We loved the view and loved feeding the baby goats and cows! We came for a trip to check out the Weeki Wachi springs and it was about 20 minutes away, so very close. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Brandy was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

I can't say enough good things about this place. I was a little unsure when I saw that it was an efficiency but that all disappeared when we showed up. The house is immaculate and very well set up. The back yard and patio are worth the price alone. We put our boat in at the ramp on the property and left it tied to the dock all weekend (unless we were headed up the river or headed over to Upper Deck for dinner or lunch). Our vehicle and trailer fit under the carport and behind the fence which was a great perk too. Our 8 year old had a blast catching little bluegill and bass under the dock on nightcrawlers from the bait shop atoumd the corner. We will be back and I cannot recommend this place enough!

Wonderful cottage in a quiet area. I loved that we had access to a propane grill, we used it several times. Very clean and contained everything we needed. Hosts are very nice people and responded to every need quickly. We loved being near friends and family which made our stay so pleasant. Thank you to Bernice and Dexter for making our stay the best time we ever spent in Florida.

This was our third stay so that itself should speak for how much we enjoy Lisa's place. Our favorite part is the quiet private backyard. And we love the outdoor shower. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Everything in the kitchen you need. Lots of tv viewing options. Lisa is very responsive and great to deal with. Always makes you feel welcome both in messages and at the cottage.

Me and my best friends stood here for spring break and it was amazing. The place is very clean and gives you a homey vibe. The location is near many supermarkets, restaurants, and stores. It is a shared space and the neighbors there are very friendly. The back yard is relaxing and perfect to catch some sun. I would only say there’s only one mirror in the bathroom and a body mirror in one of the rooms. With three girls it was tricky but we were able to manage. We highly recommend!

We were in Clermont for a week for the Spring games for my daughter’s softball team. It was a nice place to stay . The village itself is a bit dated but quiet and in a great location close to the games , grocery store, shopping and restaurants . We cooked most of the time and the kitchen was stocked very well with all items needed to cook a meal . Mary is a great hostess and answered our questions promptly. Highly recommended.

This cottage is so welcoming. The charm, that bathtub is excellent for a soak, location close to mountain biking and Legoland which is what we came for. Kayaks were nice for a morning paddle. Really enjoyed staying here, that screened porch is a dream for coffee and relaxing in the morning.
