We are pleasantly surprised with the property as we typically rent houses around lakes that show signs of their age. This house is brand new and was a great deal. It was conveniently located close to the boat ramps for our fishing trip. There is good parking for a boat on a trailer with plenty of room to maneuver and park. We will consider this property for future fishing trips.
