We felt immediately welcome at Sabine's farm. She gave us many tips for the area right upon arrival and showed us the apartment. A fire in the oven was already prepared so we could arrive and relax directly. Communication was always possible without problems and the sauna, as well as the massage, were the icing on the cake during our stay. If we need a few days away from everyday life again, we would come back anytime!

The Kostnerhof is a very nicely renovated farmhouse. We used the outdoor oven, sauna, swimming pond and bathing barrel extensively. The rooms and kitchen are beautifully furnished. The view is fabulous. The hosts are very friendly and uncomplicated. We had a wonderful, relaxing week.

Our stay at the cabin was just amazing! The place is simple and charming, perfect for those looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The wood stove creates a cozy atmosphere, and the cabin is ideally located in an incredibly quiet area – just right for unwinding. We were particularly enthusiastic about the animals on the farm, which was a real highlight for our children. They had so much pleasure to feed the animals and experience a bit of farm life. We enjoyed the time here and can highly recommend this place.

We stayed at the property for 3 days in August 2024. The apartment is optimal for 2 people and equipped with everything you need. The bathroom was very modern and clean. There were plenty of towels provided. The kitchenette even has an oven and a fridge with freezer, which was very pleasant at the tropical temperatures. The bedside tables have USB ports. The whole place makes a very loving and thoughtful impression. The information in the information folder was well prepared. Connecting to the wifi was extremely easy thanks to QR code. In the hallway there were all kinds of brochures to the tourist attractions in the area. There was also a current calendar of events. The best part was that thanks to the Aktivcard Bayerischer Wald, many of the attractions are already included. The outdoor area is also very nice. In summer there is a pool. There is also a small Kneipp pool and sauna available for rent.

It was just wonderful. We went there for a relaxing weekend and a birthday celebration. The house is great for having bigger groups. Especially the terrace roof is perfect, you can sit outside whenever you want. Milan is a great host, very nice and answers really fast. It was a pleasure to stay there, hopefully we will revisit him!

From the minute we arrive, Christian was there to greed us. Any question was answer within 10 minutes. Place was Beautiful ( Country side) We could not ask for more. It was perfect. We will be making plans again for this year. Thank you Christian for your hospitality.

A super chalet with mega views, a mega beautiful view of the mountains with a really pure and great air. For people who want to enjoy the full peace and quiet, the best option. Fully equipped of the kitchen everything you need to feel mega comfortable. The communication was really great with help or problems were helped immediately. Our stay with Matthias was just great! He was super friendly, always available and really took care of everything – he even got us an oyster knife. Already in advance, he provided us with great restaurant tips and informed us about delivery options. Even the offer to bring ordered food to the cabin shows how attentive and helpful he is. The place itself was clean, rustic, and at the same time perfectly equipped. But the absolute highlight was definitely the private sauna and the hot tub! Relaxing there after a long day was simply unbeatable. The cottage offers absolute privacy in the middle of a breathtaking backdrop – pure nature! And the starry sky? Just amazing! We have rarely seen it so clearly and impressively. We would recommend everyone to book these extras – it's absolutely worth it! This was a great holiday home. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quite a historic building, situated in a village setting, the house had a few quirks but these just added to the character. Because of unseasonal weather we needed to light a fire to warm up during part of our stay - ample firewood was provided, and the fire was very easy to manage and kept the place nice and warm. The surroundings are pleasant and the nearby town of Geiselhöring has good facilities including a choice of supermarkets and a petrol station. Straubing, a little further away, is a nice place to visit and you can go and watch the Straubing Tigers ice hockey team! Trains from Geiselhöring station can get you to Munich, Nuremberg and even Salzburg without driving for a reasonable cost if you get a Bayern-Ticket. The host was very friendly and considerate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Nice holiday accommodation, spacious living room and bedrooms. Kitchen is small, but for a week that is fine. Everything was clean and tidy. First day problem with the shower, message sent to Michael, responded quickly and also contacted by phone. Problem was resolved the same day. Beds were not great, but fine for a week. Private bed is always better. Nice attention when you enter!

Everything is great, no complaints. Highly recommend.

We spent wonderful days over New Year's Eve and enjoyed the stay. The apartment is clean and lovingly furnished, we immediately felt comfortable. Lars, who lives on the ground floor under the apartment and is very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Every day we used for beautiful walks in the snowy and quiet surroundings. Overall: absolutely recommended - thank you, Lars!

We loved the place. It's spacious and has everything you need. Klara was very communicative and helped us immediately when we had a question. It was a small drive to Arber ski area. Bodenmais is peacefull. We recommend it for sure.

We took a trip with our family (12 adults and 2 children) to spend Christmas at the AirBnB in Milan. The experience was amazing. The cabin is very well equipped, especially for children, with a dreamy third floor full of toys. Communication with Milan was very smooth. Always responded quickly and in a timely manner to our questions and requests. Check-in was flexible. Even though there was a time limit (6PM), Milan and his collaborators were flexible and waited 30-40 min more when we let him know we wouldn't be on time. The place and the house are even better than the photos say. The only recommendation for future guests looking to go to this place, especially in winter (and getting out of the control of Milan and therefore did not influence our rating which was 5/5), is to take into account the cost of energy. Our group of 14 people we pay €436 in energy+timber+ tourism tax for 5 days, additional to the rental value AirBnB

I spent my birthday weekend with 7 other friends in Miriam's holiday home in January. After a pleasant and uncomplicated advance communication via chat, Miriam welcomed us in a totally friendly manner, although our arrival time has been delayed several times. The house was cozy, cute decorated with small decor elements and super clean. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, there were drinks almost at cost and firewood for the fireplace is abundant. Despite the rather muddy-grey weather, we had a totally beautiful weekend with Crimea game, lasagne and one or the other beer ;). In summer, the house is also well suited for families with kids. We will be happy to come back!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful Christmas together here! Everything was beautifully decorated and welcoming and our hosts were lovely. Great space and location for a quiet retreat and not too far from Regensburg. Definitely need a car for transportation. Would stay again for sure.

Lucie was the perfect host! She was friendly, helpful, flexible and always easy to contact. We stayed in her holiday home with our dog over New Year's Eve to get away from the noise. The stay was perfect for exactly that. The house is located in the middle of a rural idyll in a beautiful landscape to simply forget the stress of everyday life. The house has a rustic charm and is super cosy. If you don't need luxury, you'll find everything you need in the house. We can recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back. I highly recommend. Beautiful accommodation, cozy, clean, like from a magazine. :) We didn't want to go home at all, and everyone slept very well. I really recommend it and would love to come back again. :)

We stayed 3 nights with our two children. I didn't experience such a great host and space. It is simply dreamy, everything imaginable is available, you would prefer to move in here. Very high level and very well maintained clean and modernly furnished. Whoever comes here will always come back. Even board games, 2 TVs, fully equipped kitchen from A-Z. The couple were very friendly and we were instructed. It is rather modestly shown in the advertisement actually it is far more than described. Please take care of all this heart-filled and well-maintained accommodation and leave it away from it all. We almost had a Provatvilla for us with private parking and the meadow center was not 5 minutes by car from us. A dream. We will certainly come back in the summer. Wifi was also available

We spent 2 days with our dogs in the pond house and enjoyed it a lot. Super relaxing, idyllic and beautiful. The place was super clean and cozy, the terrace with the creek and swimming pond in front was also super nice. Highly recommended, we will gladly come back!

If you see the photos from the internet, you think, yes, I want to go right away. When you're finally there, you don't want to leave. Everything is as you imagined it: immediately feel comfortable in a house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Unfortunately, we could not use the garden because of the cold, but imagine it enchantingly in the spring. A big thank you to the landlords!
