We stayed at the place with our two girls, we had a great time and the place was beautiful. The house is exactly like the photos, it's not great, but it has everything you need to stay comfortably in four. The terrace is fabulous, fully equipped with sun loungers, outdoor sofa and dining table, barbecue, rocking chair and umbrella. From the terrace you can enjoy a great view. Lilia and Stephan are extremely helpful and recommended both restaurants and activities and beaches nearby. They are very responsive and very helpful. The sea (Sant 'Andrea beach) can be easily reached on foot, descending through the village streets. On the way back (always suggested by Lilia and Stephan) there is the comfortable sea-bus that reaches Zanca, the stop is a few meters from home. If you're looking for tranquility and silence, it's the ideal location.

We loved Alessandra’s place. Cozy and clean. Well furnished. Near the city center and all the service. A free parking space nearby, which is always a good plus. Alessandra was a great host. We highly recommend this place for your next stay at Isola d’Elba.

Beautiful apartment with a spectacular view and a lovely terrace. We had a great stay, and Sebastiano was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating.

Stunning sea views and prime location. We hear the waves breaking on the pebbled beach and the rocks from the apartment which is not banal. Small kitchen equipped to the bare minimum, do not plan to cook elaborate dishes there, however as advertised. Small downside on the soundproofing between apartments which is not very good. It should also be noted that a window from the kitchen of the neighboring restaurant opens directly to a corner of the terrace, it could disturb in the summer season in the evening if you occupy the terrace.
