I enjoyed the location inside a Filipino community. Felt very authentic. Quiet, clean neighborhood with adequate amenities. Little noise other than the roosters and dogs which are ubiquitous in Phillipines. Very friendly and helpful hosts and neighbours. Felt very safe.

Huge bed. Fast internet. Quiet and relaxing. Worth staying at if you’re in Valencia to check out the waterfalls.

The place is worth more than it's price. Liezel is very accommodating.

This place feels like home, you can cook, also comes with utensils & electric stove. They also have refrigerator. You can hang your wet clothes outside. They offer laundry too. Pet friendly home. of course with free wifi. The masters room also have Television on the 2nd floor. Surrounding is peaceful and also safe, they have guards before you enter the subdivision. You can access stores outside the area, preferably you need a car. Felt sorry for my dogs fur. Will definitely book again if i come to Dumaguete.

Our stay at Jesilyn’s place was so wonderful, we wished we could stay longer!! We wanted a stay-vacation to get away from the city life and this was exactly what we needed. The property is no more than 15 minutes away from everything you need; restaurants, pharmacy, gas, etc. The area and neighborhood is luxurious and private. The views were breathtaking! The actual property is gorgeous and we felt like we were staying at a mansion. The landscape and garden are well maintained and so serene. The room was beautiful and accompanied by a private in suite bathroom and an awesome private outdoor kitchen. Another perk is that we were able to eat at the resorts cafe and use the pool! And most of all Jesilyn is very sweet, responsive, and an altogether amazing host. Thank you Jesilyn!

I could not recommend this place enough! Tom and Grace are incredible people and incredible hosts. They went above and beyond for me and I was very grateful. The are extremely friendly, warm and kind. They gave incredible local recommendations, for places to eat and drink and go for little adventures!
