Pascalis and Lucy were such lovely hosts. They were super kind, always available and gave us great recommendations around the island. The house is beautiful, very spacious and clean and we enjoyed every bit of it. We also joined for a Greek night at their Bar which was a very fun and joyful night. We would recommend the house 100% and it was lovely to meet Pascalis and Lucy! We enjoyed our trip to the fullest and surely come back one day!

This was by far our best family holiday. The place is cosy, beautifully furnished, spacious and far exceeded our expectations from the original description and photos. The 360 degree panorama is dripping with beauty, olive groves, flowers and peace. We all found our own special places like the swing chair, pool, the balconies, fire pit beside the curtain of rain water feature the lovely corner set of comfortable chairs that caught the glorious Greek morning sun. Tasos was kind and informative, available and helpful. We were given some very generous extras in the fridge and kitchen. The villa we came to realise is beautifully situated close to lovely Tavernas - I highly recommend Ampelostrates restaurant and Lagardi Taverna just six minutes away. Agios Sostis was lovely but avoid Laganas!! Touristy and expensive with little atmosphere. We are now dreaming and planning how and when we can return to this charming villa and all felt so sad on departure. Thank you Tasos and Sinead so much

There aren’t enough stars for this place. It was very comfortable. Philip was awesome to deal with, and was responsive to the requests we had. The place is like new. It is very safe, and the pool was like a spa. Philip provided a few groceries and drinks to make us feel very welcome! If we are ever back in Zakynthos, we will go back for sure!

We stayed at this villa for 6 days and loved every moment. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early due to our flight’s arrival time. The villa was cleaned daily, and on the second morning, we were surprised with freshly baked goods. The pool was also cleaned daily, and the BBQ came fully equipped with tools, ready for immediate use. The space was exactly as shown in the pictures and comfortably fit five adults. It's just a 10-minute walk to the local town, and while there’s a slight uphill walk back, it’s manageable for anyone with average fitness. Streetlights make walking back at night easy. We didn’t rent a car and found the local bus to Zante town convenient, costing just €2.50 and taking 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend this villa and would happily stay here again when I return to Tsivili.

We would like to warmly thank our host for their welcome and availability throughout our stay. The little personalized touches of our arrival. This really increased the quality of our stay. We were 8 people and the villa was perfect. It is true that there is a gym on the ground floor, but it never bothered us in any way. The entire space is located on the second floor, which is accessible by both an elevator and stairs. There is a private entrance by car to the patio area, which is large enough to fit several cars. From the patio, there is a private entrance to the villa itself. The patio area basically consists of an outdoor pool lounge area with an outdoor dining area which we kept finding in perfect condition every morning after waking up, since there was a cleaning lady visiting us everyday. She was very polite and always asked if it would be okay to go inside to clean and tidy. All in all everything was even better than we expected and we ended up having an amazing stay at the villa. Made beautiful memories there! I’d say this is the perfect place for a group of 8 people at this price range on the entire island

Best host I ever had so far! Greatfull for the hospitality of the host.

I’ve been renting on Airbnb for about a decade now, and this is one of the greatest places I’ve ever stayed yet. It’s such a good value for the privacy, beautiful furnishings, and amazing backyard with that view. Spyridoula is impeccable at her job without ever seeming overbearing. She had the most thoughtful gifts for us and was able to answer any questions or tackle our requests easily. We loved the massages she arranged for us so much that we asked her to schedule another round, which she was able to accommodate no problem. While it was just two of us, this place can easily fit 8 comfortably. Waking up each morning in the room with the panoramic windows was magical. The housekeeping and grounds staff were discreet and did their work flawlessly. Every taverna we tried nearby was delicious (highly recommend Dopia’s for homestyle food and Da Camillo for pizza). This villa with such a high level of service and comfort was the highlight of our honeymoon- thank you again!

We had the most amazing time away in this villa. We stayed for a week here and it was beautiful. This was our first holiday away as group and our host Reizi made this holiday the best it could be. He was so responsive and friendly. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. Anything we needed he helped straight away and went above and beyond. He was also so helpful with food places and taxi companies. The whole family were so friendly and generous to us. The villa was spotless when we arrived and we received another clean on the 3rd day which we thought was great and unexpected. The location was great. We were within walking distance of Tsilivi. Only a 10 minute walk or a 4 minute drive. The villa was peaceful and very private. Also full of greenery and looked exactly like the pictures. We found the local people really lovely and they went out of their way to accommodate us. We honestly don’t have anything bad to say and would definitely love to come back.

Fantasitc spot, Nikos is the MAN. Gave us recommendations to restaurants, beaches etc. Anything we needed, we went straight to him and responded right away. He got us a BBQ grill in a matter of hours. Excited that we got to spend our time there. Cant wait to do it again!

Amazing villa. Clean, comfortable and good area. Feels safe as its gated and just shy of the main promenade.

We had a wonderful stay - a group of 4 plus a toddler. The space is great, very functional especially with a little one, and beautiful spots to sit and eat either looking over the stunning ocean, or under the olive trees in the yard. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly, good communication, and were flexible with check in/out time. There was housekeeping included every couple of days which was an unexpected treat. We swam at the beach down the hill every day - it was beautiful and quiet. Highly recommend.

Stelios's place was perfect for us, a group of 5 friends visiting the area and exploring the island. There was plenty of space for parking our cars, good-sized bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, great AC and of course the pool was brilliant. Would have loved to stay longer and make use of the barbecue and see even more of the local area. You can walk or drive to the beach, and also to the local town which has many restaurants and shops. Zakynthos town is only 10 minutes away by car as well. Host was very responsive whenever we did have any problems they resolved them quickly. I would highly recommend Stelios's place!

Lovely place, the pool is beautiful with an amazing view. The beach was a little disappointing as it is used as more of a commercial port for boat trips with a small swimming area.

we had an amazing time in Nikos his villa. the place is enormous and even more beautiful than on the pictures. very close by are 2 mini markets with the necessary stuff and there are good restaurants close by. the shipwreck viewpoint is very close by. unfortunately it was cloudy during our stay but otherwise I am certain the sunset would have been amazing as well! one note, there are 3 bedrooms but 2 of them upstairs are quite Light as there are windows close to the ceiling which cannot be covered. the bedroom downstairs though is perfect. thank you Nikos for this amazing place!!

We went as a family and we had an amazing time, the villa was excellent, surrounded by local shops and bakery’s all of which were run by very friendly and helpful people, we would definitely recommend if your looking for a relaxing holiday with beautiful surroundings. The host and the people looking after the villa on a daily basis were amazing when anything was needed or just for general questions. We will definitely be returning one day many thanks

Before we arrived we were sent details of places to visit and other information so we could be prepared before our stay. Upon arrival the villa looked bigger than the pictures. The villa was spacious clean and had everything we needed. The local amenities were on our doorstep, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket. We found everything we needed for our weeks stay within a 1min walk. This was extremely handy as we traveled with a 13 & 8 year old. The beach in the opposite direction was a short walk from the villa which had beautiful views, the beach has bars & restaurants too. The beach is famous for turtle spotting which we were lucky enough to see one. We would recommend a car to see the rest of the island.

What an amazing property. Stefania was a wonderful host who was able to accommodate us at last minute after arriving and finding our original villa, in the marineika vanato region, was under the flight path, 3 flights per hour for 18hrs a day almost ruined our holiday but Ambelos Villa saved the day. The villa is beautifully designed, modern, very clean and well equipped. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is far bigger. Our children, 9 & 7, loved the mezzanine level with the lower roof, they enjoyed having their own seating area and bathroom. The pool and views are stunning. Sunrise with a coffee on the terrace with nothing but the sounds of nature was a highlight. Irini, the housekeeper is so friendly also. The area has lots of wonderful Taverna’s nearby, Votsalo being a must! Cameo Island is 15mins away. We hired quads to tour up to Zakynthos Town down to Vasilikous and back to the villa. A fun afternoon out. You will have a great holiday at this villa

A lovely villa, set in tranquil surroundings. Beautiful views of the sea and a lovely pool & sun loungers to relax. We really enjoyed our stay here and the nearby restaurants and beach were about a 5 minute drive or 20 miute walk.

WOW! We were speechless and thrilled from the first second! We have recovered incredibly during the week - with the best view on the island. The finca was very clean and everything was thought of. We were very nicely welcomed and the fridge was fully equipped. We've never had such luxury in an Airbnb. The only thing that bothered us was the doors. Unfortunately, they were very noisy and so you woke up the other family members if you had to leave the room at night. Also, there is a crazy rooster in the neighborhood that has crowed non-stop. Of course, no one can help it, but I thought it was important to note this. Thank you for the great experience also to Denise & Rafaella. We will be back :)

Extremely well-maintained accommodation indoors and outdoors. Everything is impeccable. Quiet and safe. If you have any concerns, contact the people listed in the instruction books in the house, they are very responsive! We'll be happy to come back to this place.
