Worth every penny; excellent location and Nikolaos does a wonderful job hosting and letting you know what excursions/food options are available. HIGHLY recommend!

Nikitas and Marie-Noelle have something special here in a beautiful corner of Zakynthos. The house feels loved and looked after, like an actual home. The outside space around the house is perfect for spending a warm afternoon in the shade with a beer. The beds are super comfortable. The beach is literally 2 mins away, perfect for a sunset or sunrise dip. They were such generous hosts and really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We can’t wait to come back next year, thanks so much you two!

The house is right next to a tiny beach with deck chairs. There's a kayak for guests to use for free, too. Georgios is very nice and helpful.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Kanonia . Diana was so friendly and helpful via messages before we arrived and also during our stay. She helped us with everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. She organised a brilliant boat trip, set up the BBQ as well as local recommendations. She was always on the other end of a message if needed and she made us feel so at home. The house was beautiful , we loved the garden and all the olive trees. We especially loved the walk through the woods up to a stunning look put point over the sea only 15 minutes from the house. We found some amazing places to eat within walking distance, and highly recommend 'Dopias house ' for their fresh Barracuda and Olives ! We would love to come back. This villa exceeded all our expectations, the comfort, tranquility, hospitality - incredible. We were made to feel welcome the moment we stepped in until the second we left, Sakis and his team did everything to make our stay perfect, nothing was too much trouble. Offering advice, helping book transfers and taxis, even a one to one lesson on how to make Greek coffee, Sakis was the friendliest host. Personal deliveries of pancakes and milkshakes for the children from his restaurant just next door made them feel like kings. Sakis helped us arrange a boat trip and advised which was the best value for money which was so helpful. Even though the restaurant is next door it was in no way an intrusion and we wasn’t disturbed. The food offered is lovely alongside a good choice of cocktails and a pool table - what more could you want? We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and we have recommend to family and friends. My advice? Don’t hesitate, just book, you won’t be disappointed.

Niki was constantly proactive, friendly and super helpful. Laganas has a fantastic beach, but the city itself is a bit dirty and more suitable for young party people. All-in-all we were pleased!

Lovely place with a friendly host. The beach and many restaurants are very close. Clean sheets and towels in every 3 days. We loved staying there!

Argiro is a very caring host. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable and nicely decorated. The bathroom is a bit old. There are a few beautiful beaches within walking distance.

It was beautiful. We enjoyed every day very much. We felt right at home and would come back any time.

We were very satisfied with everything. Olga is an absolutely great hostess. The place was great! It was large and in a very quiet location. We had a very nice vacation. Everything was as described. And above all, the hospitality was really great and all our concerns and wishes were fulfilled. Olga and her family are very friendly and accommodating! Amazing villa and Maria was lovely and so helpful. We were allowed to drop-off our bags due to our early flight time and Maria gave us lots of recommendations and helped us with taxis. The Villa itself was spotless and had everything we wanted. Would recommend having your own transport if you wish you see more of the island.

Had excellent stay easy check in and host on hand to answer any questions during the week. Fabulous villa in the heart of Laganas with private pool and lots of outdoor space. Late check out allowed too for 50 euro

Carol is a FANTASTIC host - absolutely amazing villa! the six of us had a great time exploring the island and coming back to the warmth of Carol's bar, team and food. felt extremely welcome and Carol went out of her way from start to finish to ensure our stay was as amazing as possible. deffo book if you are thinking about it! This is one not to miss!

Patty and Nikos are the most friendliest and helpful hosts. The Villa goes beyond expectations with décor, furnishings, pool, equipment and comfort. Patty has gone over and above in comfort and cleanliness, she also provides extra like olive oil, spices, washing equipment, kitchen roll, cloths, tea, coffee and a lovely bottle of wine on arrival, the list goes on. The Villa is a little gem and is in a very good location for the main strip with an abundance of shops and restaurants. Don't tell everyone though as we want to keep it all to ourselves.

The villa was in a lovely spot, which felt private and close to nature. Yet it was also easy to walk to several beaches and excellent and well-priced restaurants. Vasilikos is the prettiest part of Zakynthos island in our view and we would go back in an instant.

We were a family of 4 staying here at the end of July for 11 nights. We were allowed to check in early and had agreed on a later check out although this has to change due to another booking which was a shame. The villa is lovely and in a very quiet location, all rooms were cleaned and as the photos showed, the fridge was also stocked with a few local produce which was a nice touch. The views were amazing, the pool was very welcomed as it was extremely hot whilst we were there as was the A/C. The only slight negative is the hill which it is on top of, which could be hard work to get back from the beach (10min walk) or main town centre which is more like 15/20 mins away, especially in the heat. There is a set of steps leading down to the beach part way on the hill so this does help but saying that, being on top of the hill you did have amazing views. It wouldn't put me off staying again as you do get use to it and we were all very sad to leave.

Zantewize is a great location and so are the owners. We recommend a stay. Go an book!!

We knew were the location of the property was before booking, right on the beach. The house was furnished how I expected it to be in Greece. Towels and bedding were plentiful and clean. It suited us as a family for a week. Each bedroom had its own Air Conditioning unit so was all able to sleep comfortably at night. Supermarket close by so was able to get supplies easy, Pool bar next door, which is free for anyone to use. Would I stay here again. Yes I definitely would.

Fantastic accommodation in the center of Zakynthos, quietly for 6 people, house with everything you need, fantastic terrace. Super helpful and helpful hosts. Highly recommended.

Great stay on the beach. good location near some shops and restaurants. beautiful island. all around no complaints

Our stay was very nice and familiar overall! The host family was incredibly helpful and open, which made us feel very welcome. A small point of criticism was the constant barking of the dogs, which was sometimes a bit disruptive. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable and appreciated the hospitality.

An absolute gem. Nature so beautiful you wouldn’t believe. Dimitra welcomed my husband and baby with such warmth we never wanted to go. A rare slice of heaven

We had another beautiful stay in this amazing property. Love the authentic Greek style of the home and gorgeous surroundings. Being able to step into the ocean is a super treat. We had scrummy food in the local restaurants and fabulous scuba dives with Eurodivers which I would highly recommend. We cant wait to return again! Thank you to our hosts!
