Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Zakinthos

Excellent property with all the amenities, very clean and in a quite location. The hosts live next door and were really friendly and willing to help out during our stay. I definitely recommend it!

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Kanonia . Diana was so friendly and helpful via messages before we arrived and also during our stay. She helped us with everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. She organised a brilliant boat trip, set up the BBQ as well as local recommendations. She was always on the other end of a message if needed and she made us feel so at home. The house was beautiful , we loved the garden and all the olive trees. We especially loved the walk through the woods up to a stunning look put point over the sea only 15 minutes from the house. We found some amazing places to eat within walking distance, and highly recommend 'Dopias house ' for their fresh Barracuda and Olives ! We would love to come back. Thank you so much Diana and Giannis . We hope to see you again ❤️

Our stay was very nice and familiar overall! The host family was incredibly helpful and open, which made us feel very welcome. A small point of criticism was the constant barking of the dogs, which was sometimes a bit disruptive. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable and appreciated the hospitality.

We loved the apartment and the beautiful village. Would definitely go back there!

Wow! What a place. Everything you would need and the attention Marios provided in making sure I had a great trip was second to none, even producing a personalised itinerary and organising a hire car for me. It's such a unique spot in the middle of a vineyard, and a great base to explore Zakynos. The photos are spot on and capture it perfectly. I just wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

We stayed at several accomodations ranging all the way to high end five star. This was one of our favorite stays. It was nested in a beautiful community with kind locals. Just down the street there are cute cafes and local eateries. The home is nicer in person than the pictures reflect. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place to stay very friendly owners great restaurant down stairs also great bar ( Bernie’s ) up stairs ! Couldn’t fault this place also sun all day on the balcony will 100% be back next year !..

Excellent stay for the few days we had left at the end of a 3 week holiday. Very convenient for plenty of shops, bars and eating places. Very convenient for the airport of course as you can tell by the location. Obviously there is noise from the airport but it is excellent if you like to get close to planes landing and taking off - like I do. Note, there is no noise overnight as the planes stop. The family running the accommodation were great. We were given a traditional Greek dish from Spiros mum which was delicious. Not only were the family friendly, so was their playful (big) labrador. Don't worry if you don't like dogs - he only visits guests who like him! We even got a free lift to the airport when it was time to go. Well recommended!

My friends and friends stayed at this property and we really enjoyed it! Very kind and super helpful host while the house is spacious, clean and cozy. Below the house you can find a bar and in front a sandwich shop, while the strip of clubs is just a 20-minute walk away. We thank Peter for everything and highly recommend this property.

The host was responsive and helpful. The place was unbelievably clean. The location is amazing. You may find locations as good but you will not find one better in Zante/Zakynthos Town. I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, location, and especially the hosts.

I stay in a lot of Airbnbs and Spyros is a standout host - extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. The place is fantastic with a beautiful balcony that has a sea and Mountain View and hammock. The apartment is private and quiet but in the center of town, two blocks off the Main Street and four blocks from the harbor. The kitchen is well appointed and the bed is very comfortable. I love this place and recommend it!

Me and my friends were staying here for a week. The apartment was nice and clean, the landlord was always ready to help with any questions we had. We had a great stay! Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa, the place was absolutely beautiful. With our group of 15 we had more than enough space, especially the outside area was spacious. Dionysius was proactive and helped in any way he could which any problems we encountered. He even came by daily to clean the pool and ask if we needed anything. The time we spent here was amazing, and the communication via chat was outstanding.

Clean, tidy apartment, with everything you need. Also cared for in the details. Very comfortable. the only pity is that being on the 4th floor there was no elevator, or rather, there was one but it was not working so every time there were 70 steps to climb. but overall nothing to complain about. great stay

Angelo is truly a super host. He embodies the kindness, graciousness, thoughtfulness, and responsiveness that all of us for for in a host. His place has a breathtaking to of the sea. When he heard that we needed some things for the kitchen, he asked his Mom to immediately bring them to us. he really went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable. The listing on the top floor is comfortable and quiet. He also took the time to answer questions we had about the island before we got here. Easy parking. There is also a fireplace. We made meals in the kitchen..

Dionisis was a great host for me. welcomed me on arrival, this is always a nice thing. the view you wake up to money just can't buy. it's a perfect location if you want to relax and only a 5 min walk to all the shops, hire companies and amazing restaurants.

Villa was perfect. Just as described. Laganas is a busy place, but we felt totally removed from busy areas!! Pool was great, outdoor area was spacious, and well maintained daily. Dora helped sort taxis and responded to any questions promptly. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place, if we return to Zakynthos I will be staying here!!

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay in Ammoudi. Both Aggeliki and her brother Alexis were friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for a relaxed stay and the poolside bar and restaurant had a great menu at very reasonable prices. The whole week was relaxing and that had a lot to do with the way Aggeliki manages her place. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again.
