Beach house vacation rentals in Zadar

We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

Accommodation was really nice. There were 7 of us and the separate apartments always had your peace and quiet in the evening. The kitchens are super equipped and made cooking for 7 people very nice. Especially the Beach House is great for this. The pool was also always clean and has been a nice extra. :) The place is a 15-20 minute walk from the ferry, which made it easy for us to spend a day in Zadar. We always went shopping at TOMMYS, which is also 15 minutes away but there are also many other shopping opportunities closer. We would definitely recommend the place at Andrea's place! :)

Just words of appreciation for all hosts! The place is as in the description. Ideal for families with young children because the cottage is right on the beach, right next to the cottage is a parking lot and a super restaurant with reasonable prices. Definitely recommend to everyone, and we hope to come again

Dali was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome. She was there to clean the pool and answer any questions we had about the area. Very friendly and kind. The house was comfortable and well equity with everything we wanted and more! We had a wonderful stay and everyone enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach!

Peaceful place for vacation and Friendly host.

The apartment was very nice with an indescribably beautiful view of the sea from the balcony and even from the bed. The house has a direct entrance to the walk by the sea and has some restaurants and shopping nearby. The beautiful Paclenica National Park is just a few minutes away. The apartment was very well equipped and the hosts very friendly and helpful! We would come back back.

It is a wonderful place to relax. We can can only recommend this location. It's perfect locacated and a dream if you wish calm and relaxing holidays. I think in the future it's a a diamond for having a good time at the seaside and as I said, everything perfect. We like such places....

If you're not already convinced by the great pictures of this picturesque home then you will be pleasantly surprised by the amazing host Sabina. Super helpful with anything you ask her and even thinks ahead. You can book this accommodation without having to even think about possible regrets. Very quiet neighborhood - basically no neighbors - and sun on the place all day long. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and do not forget the amazing views of the nearby Velebit mountain range. If wanting to do activities outside the villa, a car is quite essential, as the nearby village/supermarket is a 45 minute walk. As I mentioned, you can book this place free of any regrets as confirmed by the many other (or only) 5 star reviews.

This airbnb is worth whatever price you pay for it. We booked for a week, so we got a really good deal, but I would’ve paid double. This place is beautiful. There is several markets close, the lake is just a walk down the stairs with a private dock, and there is a separate area with the gym, hot tub, sauna and whatnot. There’s a paddleboard provided as well. Only bad part is that maps doesn’t route you to the right house, you have to drive a bit further than it says. 10/10.

It was a super nice stay. The house has been very nice and clean upon our arrival. Communication worked out very well and we could always get back to you. We were very comfortable in the house!

Very nice house in a small village. The sea is a short walk away. Local shop next to house. On the downside there are only two restaurants in the village and supermarket some 10 km away.

Ivan makes you feel like you're at home. Check-in with him was extremely pleasant as he acts multilingual [Croatian, English, German] There were all the necessary resources and much more (coffee maker, hair dryer, Netflix access, pool accessories). Any questions we had were answered through Airbnb within 20 minutes [e.g. shopping] The entire holiday was rounded off in a special way, from the welcome vesper plate to the homemade apple strudel of his wife. There was also a great entertainment at the end. We will definitely be back. Arrived as guests left as friends. We have rarely met such a thoughtful host. The house is perfect for larger groups seeking a quiet and comfortable place to spend their holidays. We had great hopes for the accommodation in advance but despite that, it was even more pleasantly surprised by the location and all the amenities that were in place. Bibinje is a very cozy village just outside Zadar, with good restaurant selection, bakery and grocery store. For those who want to swim in the sea, it is only a shorter walk. Kruno as a host gets the highest rating, constantly helpful and very nice. He helped us with everything from transportation to and from the airport, tips on restaurants, and excursions to take. The bottom line is this a great place to stay with a great host, here we would love to come again! // Ingrid & Family

Our holiday home in Zadar was perfect!! Tamara was a great host - responsive to messages and extremely accommodating. The location was great for us… everything within walking distance. We’d love to return. 🌞

We were a little skeptical at the beginning as we have never stayed at a campsite. But we are extremely positively surprised by this great concept. However, the mobile home is extremely comfortable and there is everything you need for the day. Air conditioning in every room, which makes it a little more bearable at 35°C in the shade. The campsite is clean, shops are easily accessible. There are three stands nearby and within walking distance. Our little dog, 14kg, was even tolerated on the beach. All in all, this was a great vacation for our family of four plus dog.

We had a great time throughout the stay. The place is beautiful and clean and located very close to the center. It had all amenities that are mentioned in the description. The place could use better wifi for streaming.

Our stay in the Holiday House KIM was ver peaceful, we had great time. We enjoyed the garden the most, with its hammocks and beds. We used the SUP and snorchelled a lot. The road to the house was scary at first and can get exciting when you face another car, but we got used to it quickly. You can not drink the tap water, and the owners suggested to use the water wisely, so we did so and it was fine. The communication with the owners was very smooth and easy, they were helpful and nice. Due to the small bay there are a lot of mosquitos but the owners prepared repellents for us. The kitchen is very well equipped, you can find everything to cook. The beds for 4 adults and 4 kids were enough but the place got a bit crowded. During the day we stayed in the garden, it was nice, we grilled in the evening and enjoyed the clear water. Thank you for the 10 peaceful days Josipa and Dalibor.

We are very happy with our stay at Ines' house. The house is very beautiful, with it's own beach, so private and quiet. The house is well decorated and very cozy. The back yard is nice with a very comfortable seating areas to have dinner, ready a book or just enjoy watching the see in front of you. The location is good too, close to the town center and to the beautiful city of Zadar which you absolutely have to visit. The hosts were very responsive, easy to communicate with and did everything we asked for. I highly recommend this place to everyone who prefers nice and quiet vacation on the beach and yet with plenty to do around there.

The house is very nice & clean, everything fenced (perfect with dog), beautiful surroundings, sandy beach with beach bar, restaurants & large supermarket 10 min walk away, quiet location, Anita & her family are extremely nice, very helpful. They came every few days to clean the pool (in the morning, you won't get along) and often brought us breakfast! Big Gas BBQ & Pool

Ante and his mom are great hosts. Our stay in Villa Abbalina was marvelous. The house is located near the beach. To the public beach we had 5 minutes walk. In the house was everything needed to prepare food. We had small issue at the beginning of our stay but Ante reacted immediately and sorted out the problem very quickly. Fully recommend this place and very kind hosts. Thank you!

Beautiful house - new and stylish, perfectly furnished. Terrace on the roof with barbecue and the look of the sea - TOP. The beach is about 4-5 minutes. The host was super friendly and helpful, always available if needed. We'd love to come back.
