Michael and Mark were excellent hosts! They were friendly and attentive, and the studio was well maintained, easy to access, and in close proximity to the freeways to be able to get in/out of Yuba City quickly. Their garden is a whimsical magical paradise with ducks, chickens, and fruit trees abounding. Would definitely recommend this place!

Lorrie’s place exceeded all of our expectations! It was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and every detail was clearly thought out with the guests in mind. From the comfortable furnishings to the little touches that made our stay extra special, it was clear how much care and effort went into creating such a welcoming space. We felt completely at ease and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again. This adorable little retreat had all the comforts of home away from home. It served as the perfect base camp for the guys to go duck hunting and the girls to hang out. We brought our dog and grandbaby. The house was perfect as the decor was simple and had very little that the baby could get to and hurt, and just enough to feel cozy and at home. Ample parking. Great outdoor amenities. nice front porch and oversized back yard. We will definitely consider it for the future trips to the area.

I had such a lovely stay in this cute little cottage. It was spacious enough for 2, yet cozy enough if you are rolling solo. I had the pleasure of meeting John, who was extremely kind. You can tell he was very dedicated & passionate about the property. It also showed in the up keep of the cottage, which was well organized, very clean, & aesthetically pleasing. Would 100% book again!
