Monthly Rentals in Yuba City

Michael and Mark were excellent hosts! They were friendly and attentive, and the studio was well maintained, easy to access, and in close proximity to the freeways to be able to get in/out of Yuba City quickly. Their garden is a whimsical magical paradise with ducks, chickens, and fruit trees abounding. Would definitely recommend this place!

We have relatives that we visit in Yuba City and this location is within walking distance. We were the first to stay in the cottage and are pleased to say that it looks just like that first time - super clean and well decorated. It's perfect for the two of us! Kristina is always the a great host. Will continue to request one of the two places on her property - they are both great!

This adorable little retreat had all the comforts of home away from home. It served as the perfect base camp for the guys to go duck hunting and the girls to hang out. We brought our dog and grandbaby. The house was perfect as the decor was simple and had very little that the baby could get to and hurt, and just enough to feel cozy and at home. Ample parking. Great outdoor amenities. nice front porch and oversized back yard. We will definitely consider it for the future trips to the area.

I had such a lovely stay in this cute little cottage. It was spacious enough for 2, yet cozy enough if you are rolling solo. I had the pleasure of meeting John, who was extremely kind. You can tell he was very dedicated & passionate about the property. It also showed in the up keep of the cottage, which was well organized, very clean, & aesthetically pleasing. Would 100% book again!
