Condo vacation rentals in York

We loved our stay! CONVENIENT!! Perfect for a small family or couple. Right across the street from the beach. Two lovely restaurants right next door, the general store for quick snacks. Walk to the town, park, arcade. The beach was lovely and the tide never came in too close! The rental was very clean, had everything you would need. View and sunrise were amazing. Allee was very responsive! Would definitely come back with my family!

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Mikes placed looked even better in pictures . So clean , loved his instructions pictures along with instructions which made it very easy to. Will definitely come again if available. Mike responded very quickly and offered. Help if we needed it but with his clear instructions there was no need . Thanks again Mike !

Great place to stay at Hampton Beach. Breathless views of the sunrise and sunset. This was a 2nd year staying at this location and I will be booking again. Can’t recommend it enough.

We had a great stay. The layout was perfect - and bigger than expected. Very comfortable beds and furniture, and super clean! We would for sure rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at Weirs Beach/ Lake Winnipesaukee Condo with a View! The view was excellent! It was great to enjoy a cup of coffee and enjoy the view. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals while we were there. The king bed was very comfortable. It was quite handy to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Overall a great place to stay!

My first time using air bnb and everything about our stay was amazing. Kevin was extremely responsive. The place was walking distance to the shops, pier, beach, park, rides and arcade. Trolley stops right down the road. The unit was very clean and spacious for our family of 3. There was a washer and dryer which was a huge plus!!!

We were two couples and the condo was perfect. A great weekend was had in this very clean condo with a nice warm vibe. Diane was very responsive and flexible with our early check in, which was appreciated. We would definitely book this condo again if available.

We loved the beautiful views from Bob’s place. The downtown location was perfect. And we visited the YumYum shop every morning!! YUM

Darryl's home was great. He was super fast and responsive with anything we needed before or during. The home was clean, layout was great, and the outdoor area would've been nice if it wasn't so cold when we were there. This is in a great location walkable to everything and the parking spot was a plus too. The only downside was there is a unit above us and they were pretty noisy walking around and talking late at night, so that kept us up a bit.

Had an awesome time in Portland! The place was very cozy. We spent most of the day out and would come back once or twice during the day to rest and sleep. It was a cute spot and the tv was nice and big. Awesome for fall movie watching! My fiance loved the big bookshelf, too. My only gripe was about the parking. You may very well have to pay for a spot at the nearby garage, unless you get lucky and find a spot in a section of the street without a time limit. All in all, the area was nice! Families live in the same building, so I felt it was a safe area. PRO TIP: I would look at your total stay cost including additional fees, then compare it to hotels nearby. They are not too too different. Although, if you rather the more homey apartment living, like us, then this should still be your go-to!

A great location with beautiful views as well as all the stores and restaurants that you could want nearby. The place was clean, as described, and perfect for my stay.

My husband and our kids stayed at Alyssa’s condo for a trip to Story Land and they had a great time! Location was awesome and they thoroughly enjoyed the arcade!

My family and I stayed for Prelude 2024 - perfect location!! Was easily walkable to everywhere in town. The unit was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Based on the condo alone, I would give James 10 stars! The amenities were as listed and there were many extras (linens, towels, toilet paper). Heat and AC in EACH bedroom and the living area. It was clean and the appliances/dishes/silverware looked brand new. It was in a great location within walking and driving distance to shopping and restaurants. There has been a negative review regarding the neighbors who also live in this 4 unit building. These neighbors are not excessively loud or doing anything beyond normal living. However, from the 2nd bedroom, you can hear them walking, talking, vacuuming, entering/leaving their condo. James has been proactive about this concern and has included a noise machine and large fan in this bedroom. I wanted to address this in my review to say that I was still able to get a great night’s sleep and the noise was not late in the night or early morning. My sister and I enjoyed our stay here very much!!

We had a wonderful vacation in NH especially due to the beautiful condo we stayed in. Every morning we took a short walk to the beach at sunrise. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pool as well. It was a short drive to most places of interest, shops and restaurants. Our host Sue was very responsive via text. The place was clean and full of many things to help make our stay special. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

Really great little spot, and loooved the view of the lake. Fun to also have things in the condo to do. Overall really good stay.

It was a nice place to stay for the weekend. We were looking for something close to Weirs Beach and it was just up the hill. We had a little trouble getting in when we first arrived as the instructions were a little confusing, but a quick text on Airbnb resulted in a quick response that got us inside. Otherwise was a good place to stay.

The unit was cute, quaint, convenient, affordable and right next to the main road. All the activities we did were in a 6-8 minute vicinity, I’d stay here again!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It’s very warm and cozy, it felt like home away from home. The location is perfect! Close to stores and the highway. I have to say my favorite part was the bed! It was so comfortable and the heated mattress was to die for! I didn’t want to get out of bed! Gracious hosts as well. We will definitely return. ❤️

This is our second time staying at Lisa’s place. It is in a perfect location right in the heart of the lake region. The pool is amazing. Lisa keeps the place perfectly clean and has everything you could need. We can’t wait to stay again.

Nice roomy comfortable space for two moms and three adult children. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Good location for getting to Bank of NH for a concert. Within driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores and Weirs beach. We didn't know how to adjust a digital thermometer. I had to message Ryan late at night. He got back to me right away and was super helpful. We had a memorable and pleasant time enjoying the lakes region of NH. Thank you, Ryan!
