Tiny house vacation rentals in York County

Location, location, location. I grew up spending thousands of hours swimming at Shots Sands Beach, playing at Fun-o-rama and getting kisses at the Goldenrod. This is a perfect place for a family with young kids. We watched in wonder as a hummingbird sipped from a flower in the window box. The new shower is large enough for two people. The antique fixtures give this cottage fabulous charm. Remember to bring your own bed linens and towels. Doug and Laura are great caretakers of this cottage. We had great communication from the hosts. We will definitely be back!!

Just came back from a great week in Old Orchard Beach and Mathew’s cottage was an important part of what made the week so enjoyable. The cottage, two blocks from the beach, had all we needed, a thoughtfully put together kitchen with all the appliances that you would need to easily cook most of your meals. The cottage was cute, quiet (removed from the street) and a nice place to just hand out in. Mathew responded to our inquiries within a few minutes. We had a personal problem and needed to change our originally selected date. Mathew was sympathetic to our problem and accommodated our requested date change. I strongly recommend Matthew’s place

Beautiful home within a 30 min beach walk to Ogunquit. When we arrived the place was clean and well set up and due to the clear instructions given by Deborah we were easily able to organise the small space for the murphy bed. As shared the shower inside the home does not have a big hot water tank (less than 5 min worth), however the two outdoor showers (in covered stalls) have good water pressure and heat. We had a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset. Great place for 2 people looking to spend most of their time out on the beach or in town.

We adored the cottage and its convenient location, just a short walk away from long and short sand beaches. Restaurants and shops were also within walking distance. The cottage itself was cozy, comfortable, and wonderfully clean. We're grateful to the staff for ensuring we had everything we needed and for making our stay enjoyable!

Dan’s cottage was in a perfect and convenient location. It was private and right next to a lovely creek. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the outdoors. Inside the cottage was very well laid out with comfortable and clean furniture and well stocked and spotless kitchen and bathroom. Had everything we needed for our stay. The heat worked quickly and well for the cool nights. Would love to stay again when we return.

We had a great time! Nice place, well kept, and we’ll set up for whatever we wanted to do. Age restricted amenities would have been good to have more clarity on before we checked in , but all in all it was great

Bradbury was an incredible host and super responsive. The cabin was beautiful and a great area! Highly recommend!

The Blue Fish Cottage was adorable, comfortable, and perfect for our weekend fall getaway. We loved being walking distance from a quirky bar and a tasty restaurant. Being 3/4 of a mile from Wallis Sands Beach was perfect. Brian and Susan were gracious hosts, and even joined my cheering crew for the Wallis Sands Triathlon!

It’s a perfect spot for nature lovers! A beautiful trail just a minutes walk away. Shelby was very responsive and kind! I do recommend!!

It was a great experience to stay here. The space was a perfect size for a couple looking to get away. The space was clean and only a 10 second walk from a private beach. Our host was fantastic. She checked in to make sure we had everything we need and even provided us with travel sized bathroom supplies. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway!

This home was perfect for our stay. It is in a great location with plenty to do within a reasonable driving distance. The home itself was spotless and provided us with everything needed. Would absolutely recommend!

We had the most wonderful time at Pat's place! The cottage is everything you could hope for for a cozy weekend getaway spot - comforting wood smell, slanted ceiling, skylights, and a lofted bed. The place was impeccably clean with beautiful appliances. The bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in! Thank you for having us and we would definitely come back!

Great place to stay, very comfortable for a couple. Space was very clean and the host was very responsive. Located right in town so it was within walking distance of most restaurants. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Kennebunkport

We stayed at John and Sarah’s apartment for 3 nights while we were in town, and it was the perfect spot for us to call home away from home. It is so cozy, clean, and the location is just a short 10-15 minute drive to downtown Portland! There’s an adorable coffee shop just around the corner from the apartment called Second Rodeo. Sarah and John were very quick to respond to any questions we had while we visited. Their cat Ollie is SO sweet and was an added bonus! I’d absolutely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Portland!

A gem of an Airbnb! The hosts truly thought of everything and this was the perfect place to stay with two young kids; in fact, my son loved the bunkbed and toys so much he refused to go to bed every night! From the tonies box and kids toys, to all the beach and baby gear, there wasn’t one thing they lacked. The place was clean and organized and felt so cozy. I highly highly recommend this place, especially for families! The hosts were so friendly and accommodating as well.

My fiancé and I stayed here and it was perfect for our weekend getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot to get away and have some "me" time. Sat in front of the fireplace, read my book and got some work done. upstairs bed was extremely comfortable and happy to have a window to let some cool air in. site feels very remote but extremely close to shopping and other amamenities.

Marie & Tim were excellent hosts. So friendly, detailed, accommodating, and their recommendations were excellent. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to make sure you have everything you need, and more. The cabin is a beautiful, rustic cabin with all the feelings of home. The furnishings and décor made it so perfect. On approach to the property, the lighting and appearance is so beautiful. It was like driving into wonderland. I hated having to go home! I wanted to stay forever! I cannot wait to go back! Thank you Marie & Tim!

We had a short stay! It was exactly what we needed! We loved the cozy cottage! Kitchen had everything we needed! Perfect location just outside of town! The beach pass was great touch! Would totally recommend!

Barbara's place was fantastic. cozy, comfortable and quiet. the decor was lovely. the bed was comfortable. loved the skylights which allowed me to see the stars from bed. close to a couple great restaurants and a wonderful coffee shop.
