The place was charming and well located. Very clean with sweet views of tugboats in the harbor. The parking garage was close and we really never needed the car since there was so much within walking distance. Alex was quick to respond and made fabulous dinner recommendations. We tried the Oar House for dinner and the swordfish and coconut risotto was delicious! We’ll have to return to try the other restaurant recos. Highly recommend.

The location was fantastic! We could walk into the downtown area and to local restaurants. The view was amazing. It looks out on the bay and is across the road from the Promenade. The sunrises, while not for everyone, were beautiful. The unit had the room we needed for our son and his family to meet us in Portland for the weekend. The kitchen, while small, was quite adequate and has nice appliances. The bathrooms are spacious, with walk in showers, and were well lit. It's a great place for a stay in Portland.

My family had a great a stay at this Air B&B! Peaceful, scenic, and clean. This was exactly what we were looking for and more.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great location. We were able to comfortablely walk to all of the attractions, restaurants, bars, etc. Kevin was very responsive. He promptly answered all of our questions and checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable.

Cozy, clean apartment within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Wine and toiletries were an extra nice extra touch! Great communication!

This was a very comfortable place to come back to after long days out and exactly as described. There were many thoughtful touches such as snacks, bubble waters and "in case you forgot" items, as well as a hand written welcome note from co-host Lisa. It was in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood easily walkable to the many bars, restaurants and shops in the old Port area. would love to stay here again!

This house was awesome, very comfortable, host was very receptive &quick to answer inquiries. I would recommend this home if you are looking for a secluded relaxing place to stay or to hike through woods. However, getting there was a bit scary in the dark, there’s no street lights, the area is all woods &very dark, the roads very twisty & winding. The driveway to the house is about 1/2 mile long in a very dark wooded area, deer jumped out at us, & the road is all rocks and pebbles definitely better to have an SUV type vehicle. There are no stores around or pharmacy and not much to do in the area. Had to travel 20-40 minutes to get to stores. We did see 2 restaurants up the main road. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet comfortable place to just relax, and hang out this house is amazing. Very roomy, comfortable, extremely clean, fully equipped with all amenities. Beds extremely comfortable, clean, & many areas inside and out to just relax. We enjoyed this home.

Great house, well stocked and set up for airbnb. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner with what they had in the cabinets, pretty much. Would stay there again.

Absolutely wonderful home and location. The host's communication was excellent. There were plenty of suggestions and recommendations. Home was extremely clean and had everything you needed to feel at home. Would highly recommend this home. We consider it the best in Kennebunkport!

Our family of five loved our stay at this beautiful lakeside home. It was beautifully decorated and so very cozy. There are so many lovely places to sit and enjoy the peaceful view of the lake. We arrived on a dark, rainy, and cold Thanksgiving day night and the host made sure the heat was on and a warm retreat welcomed us! The beautiful kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and more. The beds were comfortable, and the linens and towels were clean and plentiful. Our hosts were great and we can not wait for a return trip! We highly recommend this wonderful home.

We celebrated an early Christmas with our adult children who couldn’t be home this year. The house was charming and perfect for what we needed. Plenty of beds, good sized kitchen with plenty of dishes/utensils,etc. Convenient location for shopping in Portsmouth, Improv and a surprise birthday party in New Market, and Concord for the Nutcracker ballet. The off season is chilly and Laurence’s recommendation to bring slippers was most welcome - we also packed a few fleece throws which came in handy when watching TV! Overall a very pleasant stay.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Qiana’s place. The home and property were everything the pictures showed and more. It’s in a beautiful area and is close to so much. Our dogs loved exploring the property too! We would absolutely love to come back again in the future.

My family and I had a fantastic time at this house on Balch Lake again this year. Justin's house is nearly perfect in every way and its honestly hard to come up with even the smallest criticism. We will likely be back.

Rob’s Airbnb was wonderfully situated in the woods of Maine. Lake front access, a fire pit, wood burning stove - everything to make the perfect cabin getaway. Situated 30 minutes from Portland, we were able to enjoy both mountain and city life all in one weekend. Highly recommended!

This condo on old orchard beach was the perfect spot for a weekend get away. It has everything we needed to make the stay comfortable and then some. There was music Friday and Saturday night at the restaurant downstairs which you could hear on the 4th floor where the condo is. I wouldn't say it would keep you up, but I imagine in the summer it could get loud. But, waking up to the view from this spot was incredible. Big slider doors with a view right out to the water. The balcony is much bigger than I thought it would be. I used the kitchen quite a bit and it was equipped with what I needed to cook. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Kevin was so responsive and made sure everything was perfect.

The condo was cozy, clean and easy to find. Christopher was very responsive and gave very clear directions about everything! We stayed in December, so the area was quiet and easy to get around. Perfect for a weekend away!

Even though the weather did not work in our favor and we missed the sunrise mornings, we still found some adventures not too far away. Definitely recommend as the balcony view is everything at this stay! Till next year, thank you again!

As a return guest we know we are able to make the most of the unique space, it's rooftop water views, and comfy amenities. If you're looking for a great location with access to all Portland has to offer than this is it. We plan to come back again and have encouraged others headed to Portland to do the same.

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!

Clean and comfortable. The Sunrise view from the bed was beautiful. It was low season and the noise from the road was noticeable in the daytime but quiet in the morning and evening. Not many restaurants open at this time but I expected this. I recommend this accommodation for a relaxing stay. Great location and beach walkability. The hosts were very responsive. It was a perfect 2 nights for me.

We’ve stayed at Dave’s condo a couple of times now. Each time we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is in such a wonderful location in South Portland and Dave is very communicative and friendly with anything we may need. Definitely recommend a stay if you’re looking to check out the Portland area and enjoy some beach time while you’re at it!
