Couldn’t have asked for a better location for my introduction into Maine. Will be staying here again in the future

This is my 4th time staying at Haley's the location is close to lots of attractions but in a quiet neighborhood. The house has a lot of room. We love it.

Stayed here for a long weekend and it was great. One of the best AirBnBs we have been to. Couldn't recommend it enough!

The location is perfect. It’s an easy walk to the Old Port area and there are great restaurants in every direction. Street parking was nearly always available, but there’s a garage a block away if needed. This is my second time to stay at this apartment, and I’d be happy to stay there again in the future.

This is a great place to stay in Portland, it is super central to the downtown and in a lovely area where everything is walkable. Place was clean and nice, host was kind and responsive. Recommend staying here with a group!

Super clean and cozy, and a short stroll to everything Freeport has to offer. Jennifer and Jay were excellent hosts.

Great spot! Tough to find initially, but Katrina’s instructions were super clear and helpful. Close to the downtown area which was great for walking or cheap Ubers. The place was also exactly as expected. Very clean and the perfect amount of space for two.

Beautiful accommodations! The apartment was central to restaurants, shopping and walking trails. Everything was spotless and cozy! We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Newburyport!

Beautiful, spacious, clean, had everything we could possibly need & perfectly decorated in a beachy theme with wonderful touches for Christmas! Right on the beach with amazing ocean views from the furnished deck & the living room! Easy to find, parking on site & simple keyless entry. Only a couple of minutes to walk to all of the shops/entertainment but still enough away to not be right on top of things & feel private. Swell Cafe, less than a 5min walk to the center, is open year round & perfect for all kinds of coffee, teas, hot cocoa & food with lots of healthy options. Sin A Loa, also in the center, has the best Mexican food & margarita/mojito flights! Quick walk to Blue Ocean if you're catching a show. Diana was absolutely wonderful & we can't wait to visit again!

I had just arrived at a nearby site to host family for my daughter's wedding. By 9:00 PM there was an issue requiring a new site—not easy as I needed a 1st floor bed for my elderly dad. Nicole answered immediately with helpful chat, making me feel less alone as airbnb resolved things. The clock was ticking to the wedding. John & Nicole were sympathetic, communicative, and got me in by 11:00 AM. The home was excellent! Handy with two 1st-floor bedrooms and one up a few steps. Checking in/out? Easy! The decor? Light and airy. The amenities? Up-to-date with SPARKLING bathrooms/kitchen/linens, washer/dryer, and TV. Very comfortable for me, my husband, my daughter's father, and my dad—with room for wedding prep and guests to gather comfortably at the generously-sized island and table. Limited stairs ended up being additionally important as I had a minor mishap the day of the wedding. I was thankful everything was so thoughtfully appointed and comfortable for me to regroup! Thank you!!!

The house was easy to find, very clean, check in was easy, communication was quick. and walking distance from the beach. I highly recommend!!

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

I’ve stayed at this house a few times, and it’s absolutely wonderful. The marsh view is stunning, and the ocean access is perfect. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony in the early morning!

My family and I had the most peaceful, relaxing, cozy weekend at this beautiful, historic New England Home. The charming and rustic farmhouse is full of history and character; exactly what I was hoping for. We didn’t want to leave we felt so at home! Yes, the house is old, so expect creaky floors and doors and the occasional friendly ladybug or fly. However, also expect modern upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms, and truly everything you need for a comfortable stay. Looking forward to our return.

Great location! Walkable to rail trail and downtown. Clean, well-stocked kitchen. Cotton towels and sheets (which make a world of difference to sleep on). Heard the dogs next door mentioned in another review, but only briefly and never late at night or early.

This is my boyfriend and I second year in a row with Arun. We love the location, just outside of the busyness of the strip. Best location for walking lots of places and easy access to get to town for groceries or restaurants in Hampton area. The condo is clean and bright. We enjoyed cooking in 4 nights out of 7 with all of the amenities available to us to use. Best location for Wednesday night fireworks! Hope to be back again.

Very clean and spacious, the host was very helpful and always responded quickly. Very close to the beach which was beautiful. Stay was great!

The condo was cozy, clean and easy to find. Christopher was very responsive and gave very clear directions about everything! We stayed in December, so the area was quiet and easy to get around. Perfect for a weekend away!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The train does go right behind the place at an intersection. The horn is very loud, which was hard for our toddler. Just something to consider if you’re traveling with infants/toddlers. Overall, would definitely recommend!

As a return guest we know we are able to make the most of the unique space, it's rooftop water views, and comfy amenities. If you're looking for a great location with access to all Portland has to offer than this is it. We plan to come back again and have encouraged others headed to Portland to do the same.

The property was stunning! It was so clean and homely, with everything you need and more. At this time of year it’s quiet by the beach so we made the most of the fully kitted out kitchen and made some delicious meals. We watched the sunrise from the window, it’s a direct view I’ve never had such a stunning view to wake up to!

This place is a hidden gem. The pictures don't do it justice, the views are amazing. It was clean and cozy. Diane was quick to respond to my questions. Great place for a much needed weekend away. Thank you Again

We’ve stayed at Dave’s condo a couple of times now. Each time we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is in such a wonderful location in South Portland and Dave is very communicative and friendly with anything we may need. Definitely recommend a stay if you’re looking to check out the Portland area and enjoy some beach time while you’re at it!
