Michael is a great host, he gave us clear instructions about finding parking when we arrived. The apartment is exactly as pictured and we enjoyed our time there immensely

Maria's place was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Check in was smooth and everything was in order. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is very large and roomy. There is even a washer and dryer in the kitchen area. The living room is comfortable and its conveniently located just off route 1. It was perfect for us as we had family staying nearby. Definitely will keep this on our list for the next time in Wells!

GREAT location in Portland! Highly recommend if you’re going to spend a lot of time in the downtown area. Also the bed was super comfy!

We had a wonderful stay here. It looked just like the photos - clean and orderly - and the bed was comfortable. It's modern and uncluttered, and the kitchen counter is a great spot to set up your laptop and maybe have a beverage - good light in there. Communication was excellent, too. Luke provided us with a link to a feature on must-try restaurants in the area, and he gave us some helpful general tips for Portland. Folding baggage racks and closet space with hangers were provided, and there is a lovely outdoor space with a table and chairs; plus a shed should you want to store your bike or anything else. I would say for a single guest or maybe a couple looking for a simple, uncluttered place to stay while visiting, you don't need much more. Highly recommended - wouldn't hesitate to book this again in the future.

Great responsive host, super clean and cozy apartment (we loved the historic building), wonderful walkable location! The apartment is definitely very cozy and was a tad snug for our group (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 preteen) but we made it work (snoring husband next to me on the full/queen bed, teen on the sleeper sofa, preteen we made a floor bed using cushions from the sofa and blankets we had in the car). This is NOT the fault of the host or to say the description was inaccurate, but I think it's worth mentioning that you may need to be creative if you have more than 2 (or 3 max) adult-sized people. Also this is very obvious but the radiators are HOT. I know this having lived in a home with them and still burned myself while getting dressed after a shower :p so be careful with little ones especially. Overall we had a really lovely stay and would be happy to stay here again with Ned and Rachael!

We had a lovely time in this apartment! The neighborhood is quiet but convenient to so much that Portland has to offer. The space was cute and comfortable - perfect home base for our family of 4 while we explored town.

This was an amazing choice for our New Year’s Eve celebration getaway. It was perfect in every way. A warm welcome first of all and very informative and accommodating after that. The location is hard to describe because it’s SO beautiful!! You can’t go wrong here. Perfection in every way. That we can assure. The winter is especially awesome- so we recommend you go for it. We absolutely loved it.

Normand and his wife were simply amazing. From the eggs and snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived to the homemade cookies on our check out. The place was very cozy and comfortable with tons of toys and games for kids and adults. Normand was very accommodating to any request and even helped me chase the puppies when they accidently got out. I would highly recommend this!

Everything was quiet and peaceful during this stay. I think there were downstairs neighbors in the building that were quiet and respectful. For 4 adults, this space was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Cozy, clean, and super close to downtown. Great location. Overall great place to stay! Would recommend.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay. The room and bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable and the little coffee bar was great! We weren’t too sure where to park in the back lot but there was plenty of space. The room was warm and cozy. Definitely want to come back at some point

Such a perfect location! We were able to visit many fun places in Portland. I really appreciate how dog friendly it was!

Valle and David were the perfect hosts and we had an amazing stay. We also got to use the hot tub which was such a treat in the cold weather. Dave and Valle went above and beyond - from leaving little chocolates treats for us to enjoy upon check-in, to very thoughtfully offering to extend our stay for a few hours until the roads cleared out from a the overnight snow storm. Thank you Valle and Dave!

Charming studio in a great location. Hot tub was a nice bonus in a city environment and they did a great job providing a privacy screen. Had a minor issue needing to reset the heating unit, but Dan responded right away and it was resolved in minutes. Recommend to anyone.

Sooooo relaxing. Fun to hop to Portsmouth or shop in Kittery for the day (we did both). As we were there for NYE some neighbors had fireworks and we could see them from our windows! Very cool! We all slept great and our kids slept so late every day it was a miracle.

The house was adorable, clean, and extremely fairly priced. Reed went above and beyond to accommodate us (and our noisy kids)! The location is a short drive to the beach and the street is super cute and quiet. This was my first experience in an Airbnb and to say we were satisfied is an understatement.

I loved staying here and being close to everything I needed to in South Portland and Portland. The place definitely worth money and all year round hot tub was amazing.
