Vacation rentals with beach access in York Beach

Great stay, very clean and easy to get to. Only 45ish minutes from Boston and Salem without the craziness of the cities. Only part was it is a middle unit and the people above weren’t great. Nothing wrong with the place, would highly recommend.

We loved the location in Hampton Beach! We came off-season for a few days of much needed relaxation. The balcony facing the ocean provided beautiful, serene and peaceful views. Although on the 2nd floor, the stairs are easy to manuever and lead right to the beach. It is literally steps away and we were able to walk down a few times a day. The condo was the perfect size for my husband, me and our small dog. Furnishings were comfortable and decor was trendy and modern.The host was always generous and responsive with any questions. The area was quiet, private and safe. I would recommend this location to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

In my opinion, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations. The host was exceptional, and the property met all my requirements. It was well-equipped and immaculately clean. Absolutely perfect location especially when traveling with kids. Beach is close and easy to go back to the apt. Pier is a short walk. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

Jenelle’s house was perfect for our family stay in OOB. It is a short couple minute walk to all of the restaurants and shops on the main strip. Jenelle had available beach supplies including towels, a wagon, beach chairs and umbrella for us to use. Jenelle was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s home. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and had stunning views. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. There is an abundance of outdoor space for relaxing or dining. Our kids played games outsides for hours on the porch and the near by beaches. I hope to return and highly recommend!

My family of 4, plus some in-laws had a fantastic stay at Glarih’s place. It was the perfect walk to short sands, the restaurants and the shops. Glarih was very responsive, and a great communicator. We have no complaints! For the value, you should be booking this house!

We were contacted before the stay; the owner described some updates to the property, and made sure we would know more about the neighborhood and area. The house was easy to find, and our stay was uneventful. We could have contacted the owner any time, but didn't need to, everything was as described. We will definitely keep this location in mind for the future. This was our first Airbnb, and it was a great experience. A big thanks to David and Will for providing a great experience for our family for the holidays...thank you!

We truly loved our stay! The perfect location for families who want to be near the water. Communication was great and the house is prepared and well stocked with a cozy feel.

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

The building, condo unit, and location were exactly as presented and pictured. The pictures of the beach, ocean, and sunrise pale in comparison to being there in real life!

We had such a fantastic time, the only complaint is that it went by too quickly! Arun provided thorough instructions and was very responsive and friendly in communications. We were so appreciative that a special request was very kindly granted for a disabled family member. The place was just as pictured and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The location could not be better, right in the heart of the Hampton boardwalk. Our favorite thing was sitting out on the balcony watching the waves roll in and enjoying observing all of the activity going on below us. We were lucky enough to be there on a night the fireworks went off and could not have had a better view right from that balcony! We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be able to return soon!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and the electronic fireplace made us felt at home and comfortable. I especially loved the small touches with the books and games tucked away above the tv waiting to be found. Also we got a nice surprise on NYE with some fireworks on the beach. The hardest thing to figure out was where the trash room was but José sent a picture which helped a lot.

This was the cutest condo. Exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean and everything we needed. It’s so close to the beach, we enjoyed that on a beautiful fall afternoon! We also enjoyed how close it was to the pier area…..we had to get pier fries! We enjoyed our stay!

This is our third time spending a winter weekend at Diane’s place at the beach and it did not disappoint! The condo is very comfortable and feels like home. It has everything you could need. We even got treated to a snow storm. Lots to do even in winter…A fun casino close by and we love The Goat for breakfast. We really look forward to this weekend every year. Diane is a friendly and responsive host.

I booked wendy's place for the wife and I's honeymoon and it was perfect, was nice and cozy and the view of the ocean was amazing. Also being so close to so many attractions gave us plenty of things to do and memories to make.
