Monthly Rentals in Yilan City

A new, very spacious, well-equipped, well-maintained and sparkling clean property. Very quiet neighborhood with great privacy. The host is nice, considerate and responsive. The only downside is no parking space on premises. There are a few free street parking spots nearby but mostly occupied especially after nightfall. Fortunately, there is a supermarket parking lot open to public just a minute walk away with a very reasonable fee, ~1USD/hr and ~3USD/24hrs. If you're driving, you may want to consider that. This is the best Airbnb property we've ever stayed. Highly recommended.

This is an absolute gem! We loved the stay, Jean & her husband are as great as it can get. The respect they show to their clients is heartwarming and the house is really really great. We stayed with 3 people in two rooms. Everything is top-notch, the house has a lot of extras like a Nintendo Switch, Bicycles, Garage, Garden, Karaoke System,... (and many many more). We loved it, would always come back. Thanks Jean for the great stay!!

The room was clean ~ the host was very nice to contact and remind The entire rice field outside the accommodation looks very comfortable🤩

Spacious and clean. on the 4th floor with no lift so be prepared. mi was very responsive. let us checked in earlier.and gave us some nice gifts.
