May was an excellent host! She was extraordinarily caring for our concerns and was very committed to providing us with a memorable stay. The apartment embodies the authentic charm of a typical Hanoi accommodation. It has been furnished comfortably and tastefully. During the day, it is lively and therefore not quiet because of the central location in the vibrant old town district, which contributes to the urban flair of the area. In the evening you can sit relaxed on the balcony and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere. A big advantage is the excellent accessibility of the old town sights on foot. Communication with May was exceptionally good. She has made great personal efforts to allow us a wonderful stay. I would like to highlight your extraordinary hospitality and effort. The location is at walkable distance to all the attractions and restaurants. Anna's place was very clean with added amenities. We had everything we needed during our stay. She was also very responsive throughout. The neighbourhood felt very safe especially for us women travelling at night. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay during my trip back home. Despite booking during the Tet holiday, the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite things was the sunny balcony—it was a great spot to relax. The place is also very quiet, offering a peaceful environment. Its location near the Old Quarter is perfect for easy access to the city's attractions. The host also recommended several local eateries nearby, although, due to Tet, I didn't have the chance to try them all. Highly recommend this place for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

We had a lovely stay in Hanoi Old Quarter. I love these old style buildings where there is so much life inside and out. It was great to have a balcony but with the doors closed there is not much noise (and the street is quiet at night). We had everything we needed and the host was very helpful she even gave us the use of a washing machine and luggage storage. A great experience thank you!

Very nice, clean and hygienic

Easy to access spot with flexible host and clear directions. The luggage storage really saved us not once but twice. Good value for a convenient spot in the heart of the old quarter.

We had an excellent stay. Check in instructions were clear and they let us store baggage after checkout for a few hours. The house was clean and had lots of natural light and space. The location was terrific — walking distance to old quarter and French quarter. Would definitely recommend

Apart from the bland environment close to a horrendous road, this is an amazing experience from start to finish, including assistance with affordable transfer from and to airport at any time. The responsiveness and friendliness of the host is exceptional and highly appreciated. The room is actually a studio and you can even wash your clothes for free. The so called gym was a bit of a disappointment and ended up not using it. Overall still one of the better home stays in Hanoi!

From check-in to mid-cleaning, it was so good. The location was good, so I never used a taxi or Grab ^ ^ I think I'll visit again if I go again next time!

Nice room, nice host, suitable for long time living

A comfortable and convenient spot with proximity to an atm, coffee spot, and eateries. The room is clean and has everything you need-fully finished kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The host is incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that you might have. I will highly recommend for both short and long term stay.

Beautiful room design, responsive and friendly host

Although we were quite shocked by the street entrance to this apartment, once we were up the stairs and opened the door... it was just as per the photos and description. The host was very accomodating, letting us arrive early and with quick communication and good English. The apartment was clean and quirky. We loved it and would recommend this to others. It is a wee bit noisy with traffic below but this didn't bother us and it was nice to be outside the old town and near the lake.
