Monthly Rentals in Yellow Springs

Judith and her home were just lovely! The space is adorable and cozy. I don’t usually sleep well when I’m not home but I slept like a rock. Must’ve been the soft bed and peaceful vibes. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and walkable to everything. Judith gave great recommendations for our daughter and was very accommodating. We would stay there again and again.

The space is beautiful and so clean! It was very relaxing and such a nice break from the world! Gavin was super helpful and responsive to any issue that we had! It was very nice to have a host that was so easily available for any issues.

From the inquiry about a late check in to the welcome email to the time we arrived, Donna was the most friendly and communicative host we've encountered! The weather threatened to be bad with severe thunderstorms and tornadoes when we'd be checking in around midnight and she sent a message earlier in the day with instructions that she would meet us when we arrived and, due to the threat of hail, we could park in her garage (she cleaned out a space that day to accommodate us) and she would show us how to access the basement in case the tornado sirens went off - and they did about 90 minutes after we arrived! Her concern for our safety and well-being went above and beyond our expectations! The space was perfect, very quaint and cozy, and exceptionally clean. The information binder provided all we needed for an easy check in/out as well as information on the local area. Donna has gone out of her way to ensure the comfort of her guests. We will definitely reserve her space again!

I always enjoy staying at Jill's house. it's quaint, clean, comfy and in walking distance to town. The yard and deck are bonuses. Jill is very sweet and accommodating.
