The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

The apartment was very close to the center which is great! At first we didn't realize that we would be split into two apartments, but in retrospect it was great. In the lower apartment we had one bedroom, a kitchen and a living room, which served as our common area. Great layout)) The apartments were clean, tidy and comfortably furnished. When we arrived the beds were already made, which was of course great after the long flight! Also their offers for transfer, and info about restaurants etc, transportation cards and to have some wine options in the flat were so thoughtful, thank you! All in all a very nice apartment with a great location. It is both quiet in the apartment and close to endless activities in the center! For our next time, we would choose this place again!

Emre is an amazing host and super helpful and friendly. He was always readily available whenever we need help with anything, also very kind and understanding host. The house is super cozy, love the bedroom! Home is nearby conveniences and eateries so if there is anything you need can always drop by quick to the minimal just a few steps away. Overall, great place and host. Highly recommended!

The location was good, and the house was clean, cosy, and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a week's stay, and the overall experience was pretty good. I recommend the place to anyone visiting the area, especially for medium-term stays.

This apartment is a treasure that Gokce y Derya have furnished and accessorized with elegant simplicity and keen attention to the comfort and care of their guests. The bed is comfortable, the linens and towels are of excellent quality, the kitchen has an abundant array of dishes, utensils, and cookware, and the bathroom has fine hand soap and shower gels. There is even filtered water for drinking and cooking and a cut glass carafe of water by the bed. The apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood above the town. It is an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the bus station which is the hub for public transport. Gokce y Derya are responsive, but non-intrusive, hosts who care about the comfort and care of their guests. I was encouraged to relax and feel at home during my stay. I had a lovely time in their home.

i just had a problem with adjusting the honeycombs, it was a little cold, some hours

we really enjoyed the place. host is a great person , we damaged one of the furnitures, i offered to pay but she didnt accept. the place same with the pictures. very peaceful . you wake up to birds singing , you have everything to cook also. thank you.

I’ve stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s over the years and this was by far the best experience I’ve had so far. Upon arrival Zafer greeted my family later in the evening on Ramadan. He coordinated with our driver to make sure our arrival had no delays or issues. The instructions were immaculate and exceeded expectations. The place is beautiful and has everything you need. The view is gorgeous as well.

We had an amazing time in peace. The hosts, Ms. Ayşe, and her husband were incredibly sweet and helpful. They are also wonderful animal friends. Thanks to their hospitality and smile, we felt at home. They immediately responded to our needs during the stay and did their best to have a pleasant time with our dog. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful vacation. We can't wait to come back! ☺️

It was one of the best homes I stayed at. It was a peaceful, quiet, calm and safe place. The amenities in the house were more than enough. There was only a problem with the lock on the bathroom door, but that was nothing to miss. The decor and patio of the house were as I would if the house was mine. Loved it. The box games and books were very well thought out. The kitchen supplies were quite sufficient. This has been our next favorite place for us to meet the friends we make every year. Thank you Mr. Alper. In summary, I can recommend this place to everyone with peace of mind.
