Monthly Rentals in Yachiyo

This place was perfect for our needs. The description mentions "no heating", however the A/C has heating function. Although it was below freezing outside, we were fine inside. Note that the beds are futon, but they were the most comfortable I've experienced.

Overall, the room was pretty clean. Rina was very accommodating and was quick to resolve an issue with the original room, where the key was missing during the self check in process. Would recommend as a place to stay before or after a flight at Narita airport. There are a few restaurants nearby as well as a convenience store.

It was a really nice stay, the neighborhood was really peaceful so I was able to get good nights of sleep! And Yoshiko came to get at the station and even accompanied me at the post office to help me with a package! Really great location+ really good host 100% recommend ( And the rice bread was really good )

I enjoyed staying in Chiba. The host picked me up at Narita Airport and drove me to the location. It was a breeze to check in and the place is spotless clean. There were 7-11, family mart and other restaurants nearby within walking distance. It’s a nice quiet private place on the 3rd floor. It’s for anyone studying or need quiet time for themselves. Check out was a breeze as well and the host drove me to the airport as well. I will definitely stay again!!! Thank you host!
