Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Xilxes

The place is great. Keep in mind that my stay was in winter, so the area was super quiet because being a summer place, it was empty. The area is luxurious, there is parking (I don't think in summer there is for everyone) and the beach is next door, so for summer the place is great. Valencia is 15 minutes away. Communication with ACHousing is the most noteworthy. Any questions solved it almost instantly and with great precision. It was definitely the best. The luxury accommodation, as seen in the photos. Very modern and clean. With appliances, air conditioner, 2 TVs. Everything was excellent

The place was extremely pleasant for our stay, we felt good and the region is very nice. Even a little far from the center, it is possible to do everything on foot to get to know the city well. We were well cared for and treated. I will return if you need, thank you so much!

It was a pleasure staying at José's apt. Very well-situated and close to many places we wanted to explore or re-visit. Close to metro lines and only ten mins walk from the train station so easy to get to. We also enjoyed walking over to Rusafa and other areas in close proximity. José was flexible about our arrival time which was good because there were some delays with the train--we were met by a young woman with the keys and a smile. The apt was perfectly clean and well-lit. The shower works well and there was plenty of storage space for our clothes and toiletries. All in all, a very positive experience--thank you again, José!

I enjoyed an excellent seven night stay at Jaime’s apartment. The location is very good. There is a supermarket within a few minutes walk and coffee shops nearby. The Italian restaurant across the road is super.

I stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks and would do it again! The apartment was very clean and met the photos/expectations. The landlords always responded to us very kindly and within 5 minutes. From there, you can easily get to the city center, the shopping center or the sea by bus or metro. There is also a supermarket right across the street. I highly recommend it!

the apartment and a great location from a tourist point of view with tourist attractions within 1 km. The subway is also a 15-minute walk from the house . unfortunately, parking for tourists is always paid for and at night they cannot park in the orange area where the apartment is located. The apartment has everything you need for the kitchen and for those who want to cook at home. I highly recommend this apartment

The apartment is clean and comfortable, in an ideal location for walking around the Russafa area and into the city centre, and also close to the Turia Gardens. Lots of nice food and drink and outdoor living in the area, good supermarket nearby.

Great townhouse with ocean view. We had a great time 6 adults and 3 children. I add that it could be improved, especially for a stay in winter: that the heating could be regulated in each room individually, and being able to close the kitchen. Anyway, we'd love to come back!

Loved staying at Alejandro's place, He was very responsive throughout the booking process and during the stay to make sure we could navigate the property for check-in etc. The place was spacious, with good heating,. Lot's of space in the kitchen and utensils for cooking. it was only a 8min walk to the beach where all the restaurants are. I would stay here again on my next trip to Valencia

Great apartment, very convenient location, Daniela is a wonderful and responsive host. The pleasant surprise in the fridge was also very welcome))) I recommend it to everyone and I will definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable place, close to everything!

We had a great time enjoying a rural setting. The accommodation was not missing detail, it had everything you need to feel at home. Also, David and his mother are very friendly and helpful: they cared that the house was warm when we arrived and of leaving us some things like water, coffee, oil, sugar...

Juan and Rafael were both fabulous hosts. Easy to contact and very responsive. Very spacious apartment in a great location close to the beach, restaurants, shops and a bus stop directly outside the apartment which takes you to the city centre in 15 minutes. Would highly recommend staying here!

This apartment is a fabulous stay. Right in the middle of a warren of beautiful buildings bars and restaurants. The apartment is gorgeous with The Best balcony to sit and people watch. València itself is beautiful..if you book this then lucky you.. Food and drinks recommendations were fabulous especially Bardbares and Cafe de la Horas. Host was exceptionally helpful with information on trains. Thank you

Very good stay with Justiniano. Service of the apartment very well. Well located apartment to walk to the beach. Residence with children's park, swimming pool (in season) and paddle board court. Very accessible bus to go to the city center or the oceanografico/science museum!
