The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them has been excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

Lucia's house is beautiful, very close to the beach, a large supermarket nearby, and many restaurants.The location is good and life is convenient and we had a nice weekend here.Will come back next time if I get a chance.

Loved staying at Alejandro's place, He was very responsive throughout the booking process and during the stay to make sure we could navigate the property for check-in etc. The place was spacious, with good heating,. Lot's of space in the kitchen and utensils for cooking. it was only a 8min walk to the beach where all the restaurants are. I would stay here again on my next trip to Valencia

The place was amazing and felt like home. Clean and peaceful and next to the beach which was amazing. We loved our stay and Nadia was more thank helpful with suggestions and a late check out which was wonderful considering our schedule. We would definitely recommend a stay here and a perfect 10

It is ideally located: 100 m from a very decent bakery, 300 m from the large beach, 600 m from the Mercadona, 100 m from a super nice lowcost bike rental and especially in the area of former fishermen which is extremely typical. Bedroom is at the back of the accommodation and therefore very quiet. We would definitely recommend this place.

This generously proportioned Airbnb comfortably hosted our party of five. Its proximity to the beach, while more alluring during the summer months, was a definite plus. We enjoyed blazing-fast internet speeds (approximately 500 Mbps up/down). The apartment was remarkably well-equipped, leaving nothing to be desired. The thoughtful host even provided a welcome basket with bread, butter, jam, and water. We wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb and eagerly anticipate a future stay.

We had an excellent stay at Angela's apartment! The communication was clear and prompt throughout our visit. Angela was very responsive and even allowed us a late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, thanks to the clear instructions. The apartment was spotless upon arrival and even more spacious than it appeared in the photos. It comfortably accommodated our family of five with its three bedrooms. Being on the sixth floor, it was wonderfully quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. The location is fantastic; it is close to Turia Park and within walking distance of the city center, making it convenient for relaxation and sightseeing. The neighborhood is quiet but well-connected. We highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again!

We stayed in Marian place for almost a month and everything was perfect. We enjoyed it very much and I would love to come back. It was cosy, warm, sunny, stylish. It has everything you need for a stay. The district is far away from central confusion, but is is in a walkable distance to everything - that was just perfect for us. We have booked with Aitana several times because it's always good. The apartment is great and also very well equipped, the seaside neighborhood is perfect for us and communication with Aitana is always super fast and straightforward. I highly recommend it!

It's the second year we're going and we'll keep repeating. María Jesús is a lovely woman and is super attentive, you can count on her for whatever you need and takes great care of the details of her accommodation. It is an ideal place to go with children and spend a few quiet days, the beach is a luxury, yes, someday we have found jellyfish, but the rest we enjoy mogollón because the beach is super quiet and the warm water, ideal for children! And the urbanization is great, with restaurant, shop, ice cream shop... We'll be back for sure!

Gianina was the perfect host, was always available and very helpful, arranged taxis and gave us numerous recommendations. I would recommend her beautiful apartment to everyone wanting a lovely holiday, near enough to Valencia city but away from the hustle and bustle. We would love to visit again.

Antonio was very friendly, contacted us in advance and waited outside the apartment for our arrival. The location of the apartment was also very good, just a 5 minutes walk from the beach. There is supermarkets nearby, and Antonio also recommended few good restaurants. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, everything was very good.

The apartment is cozy, quiet, September has been the perfect month, next to a suitable beach. Directions of all kinds and help and support with everything we have needed.
