Monthly Rentals in Wynwood, Miami

This beautiful apartment was perfect for us! It is clean, modern and has a panoramic ocean view. There is high security on the building, free parking, two large heated swimming pools and a huge gym. The location is exceptional. There is lots to do and see in the area, and many transit choices nearby including a free metro mover and free trolleys. There is a great bar and a nice coffee shop downstairs. The host is wonderful and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent over a month at this absolutely lovely home. It was so comfortable, clean and well stocked. We could walk to everything. The balcony was an added gem. Sunsets were incredible. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus. The building was great - everything felt top notch. To top it off Julissa was the best. She was so helpful and kind in every way - and also gave us some great dining recommendations! We thank her for everything!! ❤️ Would absolutely return!

David is deservingly a super host! We had changes to the beginning of our stay which required a lot of communication and coordination, to which, David met all of our needs. Definitely 5 🌟 for communication and working with us and the changes of our stay. But, it did not stop there. David was with us every steps of the way ensured that we had everything that we needed. The unit is an open space, with so much natural light. No clutter and not over decorated. It feels like home. All the amenities of home are there and so convenient for long stays. So very comfortable and well taken care of. We will definitely be back. As for the location, you can park your car and walk everywhere, or a Lyft/Uber are literally minutes away. Restaurants, shopping, entertainment are all steps or minutes away. The sun rises are beautiful, along with the sun sets, from the balcony. We cannot think of anywhere we would rather be, than in this beautiful place and conveniently located building. Five stars ✨
