What a fantastic property. Definitely the best Air BnB property we’ve stayed in. House is immaculate and has everything you could need. Valerie came across and introduced herself, lovely host. Would definately recommend booking to stay at Pipistrelle. Thanks for your hospitality. Perfect.

House has a great layout enabling us to each have a separate bedroom with ensuite, but also enjoying a lovely central social area with open plan kitchen, dining and living room. The listing does not do this property justice.

Amazing home right next to the beach and super close to the high street with all the restaurants and shops perfect for our short stay.

The bakehouse was a great, we had wonderful time the house have everything that you need to feel comfortable and everything it’s 5 min less walking distance. Great place and host . Definitely recommendable

lovely home to stay in. Perfectly clean. it was really helpful there was some bread in the freezer, shower gel and various cleaning products available. Short walk to all Framlingham has to offer. Idea stay? loved it all

My family enjoyed our little weekend break in this accommodation. Home from home. Nice corner plot with a lovely hot tub which kiddies really enjoyed. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

This cottage is truly incredible. To stay somewhere so historic really was something special. it's definitely the best cottage I've ever stayed in (maybe twinned with a barn in Padstow) The garden was fab in the summer and our children loved it all. they found lots of toys to keep them entertained and the TV room is great for all ages. The bedrooms are 'hotel' standard and it's professionally run. We had two small children and they were totally fine in terms of safety. . I whacked my head a few times though. The location is great to explore all that Suffolk has to offer, and the recommendations Jo and fam have in the book are super useful.
