A really nice and homely caravan with views of the sea. The Caravan has everything you need in there. Kerry was very helpful and provided all information I needed for me and my family to stay and get involved in the parks activities etc. Would recommend and go again.

We had a great holiday in Linda’s apartment! It had everything we needed, comfy beds, well equipped and spacious. Great location, 15 minute stroll down to the beach and lovely village of Westward Ho!, with stunning views along the way. Lots to do in the area. We’d all love to return again!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Oseas, the property was very spacious, clean and in a great location close to the beach/shops/pubs. From the moment I’d made the booking Kim was always available to answer any questions and was very accommodating with check in/out times which was great. An added bonus was the parking located right outside the building. I would definitely recommend this property and will be booking again! Thanks Kim!

What a location! The huge window with the full sea view was wonderful and such a joy to walk down to every morning. A comfy apartment with everything you need for a holiday. Can’t wait to go back! Xx

Caron and Tony were excellent hosts. very friendly, helpful and informative. Accommodation was lovely however a bit isolated and a steep hill to reach it. Amazing views though. Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay.

Enjoyed our stay, weather was really good for October too which definitely helped. In a great location in Ilfracombe with convenient walk to the harbour, local restaurants and shops. There is plenty to do in the area even at this time of year right at the end of the holiday season. The apartment is well equipped, homely, and clean. Host was responsive and friendly. Nothing to complain about, and would definitely recommend.

me and my 2 boys had a lovely time felt right at home always had stuff to do inside the flat and out games where brilliant brought us 3 alot closer. definitely happy and well relaxing sitting on the balcony whaching the world go by. Will definitely be going back 100%.

This was SUCH a beautifully clean and well presented apartment! The sea view from the main front window is a bonus. Everything was just as described and SPOTLESSLY clean. Sheila has done such a great job of keeping the apartment extremely well maintained and it is the perfect balance of homely but not over cluttered. Response was immediate and we had no issues at all. There is a nice Weatherspoons pub and a lovely Italian restaurant all within seconds from the front door. We were walking the coastal path so it was a joy to come back to a warm cosy flat. There are DVD's to enjoy and a large TV with lots of channels. Internet connection was perfect. No noise from other people in the flats. It is on the top floor so you have no-one to hear above you. Everything was simply 110%. One of the best Air BnB's we have stayed in for comfort and cleanliness.

My partner and I had a lovely few days away in the snug. Exactly as described and had everything you could need provided. Bonus points for the big ring light mirror in the bathroom a really nice touch. Quiet location but close to the seafront and nice places to eat nearby (Robert provided us with a list of recommendations which was nice). Thanks we would definitely stay again!

A great stay at Chestnut Cabin, Braunton. A great location for plenty of reminscing in the local area, having lived locally around 30yrs ago. Easy to find, great comms from Greg before the stay, and ideally located for all parts of North Devon, West Somerset, and North Cornwall.

Our intention was to spend a memorable family holiday together and Catherine’s place helped us to achieve that. The flat is spacious for 6 and as it is open plan, was perfect for our 1 yr old grandson to navigate safely. We had everything we needed and enjoyed lots of great meals together around the lovely dining table. The weather was variable, but it didn’t stop us having a fantastic time visiting different places in the area. Catherine is a super host and Mortehoe a beautiful Devonshire village.

We came to visit for a birthday celebration was a great stay we loved the hot tub. Very peaceful location the surroundings are lovely. Accommodation was clean and spacious Jennifer is a great host very helpful and attentive. The beach was lovely and within 10 minute drive and Exeter was not too far.

Hy husband, daughter and I had a fantastic time staying at Ilona’s barn conversion. The space was beautifully decorated and had absolutely everything we could have wished for. My 2 year old daughter loved her bedroom and all of the toys and books and really enjoyed going to visit the chickens! In the evenings, my husband and I enjoyed sitting out in the private garden area and watched the sun set in the hot tub - just perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere that is not only child friendly but beautiful and in the most serene setting, then look no further! Thank you for having us, we hope to come and visit again soon!

This was an absolutely top quality place, finished to a high standard and impeccably clean. The whole place, inside and out, was very well equipped and the kitchen superb in layout, utensils, appliances and cleanliness. perfect! The dining and lounge areas spacious and comfortable with excellent huge TV, and the bedrooms equally stunning and comfortable. Outside, via the two huge bifold patio doors, the patio area was ideal. the Hot Tub was as wonderful as described, the patio furniture top quality, patio and beach equipment plentiful and tidily stored. All the amenities for dealing with wetsuits/ boards etc on return from the beach were very easily to hand. The short 4-5 minute liesurely walk along the road and down to the beach was the icing on the cake, giving the location the rare qualities of privacy and quietness, yet quick and easy access to the beach. Finally the gated car-park was easy to use, well marked and secure. Top Marks!!

Fantastic stay, really beautiful home with an amazing view of the sea from the garden. Really clean and good communication. Sharon had baked a cake for us on arrival! Which was a very kind (and delicious) touch. The property has everything we needed and more! Couldn’t recommend staying enough!
