We stayed here for a family get together as we live all over the country we meet at least twice a year, The house was amazing, huge space plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms the house is located opposite a really good pub with very friendly helpful staff There are good circular walks around which were great for a wander, Noel was extremely helpful and communication was very quick, we were treated by a lovely welcome pack and a very warm house The hot tub was a very nice treat as is the sauna and hobbit house, The location is very easy to find, the village is 5 minutes from the A14 but you'd never know its so peaceful Would definitely recommend this house and it's owners as a great place to stay, and would like to return in the future,

Chanelle and Steven were fantastic and responded so quickly as we decided to book on the same day we were staying. The home was so beautiful, we wanted to move in! There were so many thoughtful touches added around the house that really made you feel pampered and cared for. We will be back in summer to make use of the garden space with our little doggies!

Having stopped at the cabin for 2 nights, we thoroughly enjoyed it stay. The cabin was easy to find, great instructions from the hosts. The cabin was clean and tidy and very welcoming. The information about the local area is great and waking up to watch the donkeys and horses is a real treat. We will absolutely be returning should we get the opportunity. Thanks

What an amazing place, I really could not fault it. Its spacious size, perfectly designed layout and meticulously clean rooms gave us that feeling of being home away from home. Kids had a blast with all the entertainment on offer and the host was super quick to respond to any needs we had. Plenty of street parking available and fantastically located, it really made travelling around so much easier. I will definitely be back here with my family and with such great value for money, I would hands down recommend this place for anyone.

We loved staying at The View. Annie's instructions were very clear and she was always contactable if we needed. We loved the area and the food at the pub was fantastic. Well worth reserving a table. Annie's recommendations were great and we had the pleasure to meet Annie who was extremely lovely. Thoroughly recommended staying at The View!

Stayed at Nicola's fabulous home with friends for a long weekend. Nicola doesn't usually rent out her home so you'll see few reviews but it's a high spec and beautiful house with everything we needed. There's a great outdoor space for sitting and dining with a pizza oven, bbq and hot tub. All very peaceful overlooking fields and the pond. Indoors, there's a large open plan kitchen with snug, bar and dining area. The kitchen has a marble worktop so we were asked and did take great care not to have any spillages. Bedrooms were great with 3 double ensuite and one having a separate bathroom next door. Communication was great with some fantastic recommendations for dinner and Sunday lunch (The Cow at Dalbury and Sycamore Inn at Parwich respectively). We did struggle to get taxis for dinner but Uber did cover the village. A lovely rural area with options for some walking direct from the house. A great house with a great host and would thoroughly recommend. Thanks for letting us stay.

Great place to stay, close to the city centre. Clean and tidy as well as a responsive host.

It's a really lovely place, and Rob is a great host - many little things in the lodge show that Rob cares. We have had a great few days there.

Overall, the stay was great and comfortable. On the day of check in we did have problems with the heating as we were from India and weather is very different, however it was promptly addressed by the Host and rest of the stay was comfortable. Marlena was always there to help us. We were having a bit of difficulty checking in, but we called her and she helped us with the same. Great location and lots of stores around to grab a meal or just things in general.

Lovely stay at the Hillside Hut. Thank you! 🪵 We felt comfortable and the hot tub was lovely and warm. We went on a chilly evening so had to turn the heating up slightly but it was so lovely and quiet. We had our sausage dog with us and the garden is mostly dog proof bar one gate into the next field that she managed to slip under. One thing to note for people looking to stay is that the nearest pub The Bluebell Inn is a 14 minute walk on country roads with little to no lighting and no pavements. We braved the walk when it was dark and wished we had drove! The food was fantastic there though. All in all a lovely and comfortable stay - thank you so much! 🤎

We had such a fantastic stay at Lee’s place to see in 2025! The house was perfect for a get together. It was spacious, extremely well equipped and perfect for a catch up. We were especially happily surprised with how well equipped it was for children- with a stair-gate, high chair, travel cot and toys. Lee was flexible and communicated very well! Thank you so much for our stay and we will look forward to returning.

A great cottage, very private and had all the amenities. Philippa was always on hand if needed. The local walks were excellent with lovely views. Shout out to the local pub which specialises in amazing pies! Would recommend!
