Cottage vacation rentals in Woodhall Spa

We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Bumblebee was an excellent property. Ideal for my husband and I our 2 adult children and their partners .....not forgetting Dave the dog to have a family get together. The property was spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The addition of an enclosed garden, hot tub and outdoor cooking area was great. There were thoughtful additions such as a welcome pack and items for pets. The surroundings were peaceful. Can't recommend highly enough it is certainly somewhere we intend to return in the future.

It was perfect for a weekend away with two little boys. the hot tub, board games and great selection of TV channels kept them well occupied, and we managed to get some couple time in too as the place was organised with a bedroom and living space upstairs, so they could do their thing, while we did ours downstairs! Thank you for a lovely stay.

What a beautiful, clean and homely lodge Red Robin 5 was. Lovely little touches, flowers, pillow spray, slippers and dressing gowns. Hot tub was ready for us on arrival and the place smelt lovely. Super Airbnb in a very friendly village with lots of amenities - we’d highly recommend The Plough . Easy access into Lincoln city too with lots to explore. Property was immaculately clean and very well appointed . Louise has taken a lot of time in considering guests needs . Her communication prior and throughout was excellent and friendly . Property has private sunny courtyard with super hot tub - very welcome after long country walks .

We had the best stay at this beautiful home! Amber was a great host and went above and beyond for us. The trampoline in the garden was a great extra we weren’t expecting and the kids loved the playroom too. The location is a bit out the way so need to drive to shops 10/15 mins but the village is beautiful and really couldn’t fault it. Would return & definitely recommend. Thanks again x

The Chicken Coop is superb in every detail. Spotlessly clean with top-quality bedding, towels etc. Excellent kitchen facilities, constant hot water in really well designed bathroom. Location is perfect for a peaceful break, but close enough to the coast and towns/Lincoln. Host was very helpful - nothing too much trouble. Recommended in highest possible terms.

We had a little getaway from the Lake District for two nights. Great little cosy place in a great location, surrounded by walks and not far from the beach’s. We visited the local pud and had a great meal. Melanie was very welcoming and gave us lots of ideas on what to do and where to visit. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay at The Stables and would love to stay again. 4 of us stayed for 2 nights as attending a wedding nearby. The cottage was fabulous and the welcome pack was a real lovely touch. Whilst the cottage is a little out of the way, it was very easy to find using SatNav and the views on a morning just delightful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Thank you, Darryll and Stephen, for such a pleasant weekend staying at your beautiful cottage ('The End Cottage') in the grounds of your family home. It was all so tranquil. An absolute highlight were the beds... SO COMFY!! We also particularly appreciated the classy touches such as welcome basket (local eggs, fresh coffee, etc.) and the beautiful smells in the room from the reed diffusers, and the quialty hand soaps, shower gel, etc. Finally, thank you for such kindness in offering the flexiblity of the late check out to support with the Boston marathon that I was running on the Sunday - really thoughtful and much appreciated! Exactly what we needed. A place to crash while we explored the coast line. Lots of info from the host about dog friendly cafes in the area was appreciated as we had our 2 pugs with us. The gate from the patio garden on to the lake was handy as my girl wont do her business unless there is grass. Cottage was big enough for 2 adults and 2 dogs and was 5 minutes max walk to the beach which was great. We tried Mo's Indian takeaway as there were menu's in the Cottage and the food was excellent. Thanks Carl and Team for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Gregory Cottage. The location is lovely and peaceful, and the cottage itself is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Suzanna was an amazing host, and we will definitely be back! Bethan & Omar

Had a lovely stay at 72, Karen welcomed myself and my cavapoo, Pickle with treats for both of us! Beautiful little home from home for the weekend for the 2 of us. Walked into town and then on to Hubbard Hills and all it had to offer..followed by a bbq in the garden and a soak in the bath (for me not Pickle). Fab break which hopefully we will repeat in the not too distant future 🐶🧡

Our second visit to one of Leila's properties and we are already planning our next visit. The cottage is a wonderful retreat with all that you could wish for on a short stay. The place is geared up for relaxation, with wonderful views of the countryside and a warm and cosy interior. The Griffin Arms (a few yards up the road) is the perfect place to eat and drink - very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend both!!

Absolutely beautiful, peaceful location with the convenience of being located a walkable distance into Lincoln. Such a comfortable stay, everything thought of and plenty of space. Immaculately clean! We appreciated the welcome pack of milk, juice and tasty treats. Graham was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to all and we would love to return.

Absolutely fantastic stay, the house was so clean and peaceful. Was exactly as pictured. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see many wildlife or stars as it was cloudy, but nonetheless was a beautiful stay for a couple like us who love nature and animals. Loved that we were provided with milk, coffee, tea and biscuits. Jessica greeted us with a lovely smile when we arrived and explained everything to us including recommending places that are local, a friendly guestbook is available at the house which tells you all the details of local places - that was a godsend. Thank you so much would definitely stay here again 😊

This cottage is exceptional! Set in a stunning, peaceful garden. The River Witham is a few steps away over a little bridge. Kathy & Alan are so warm and friendly but don't intrude, definitely the loveliest hosts we have met. The cottage is very cosy and absolutely spotless. Kathy has equipped the kitchen with everything you could possibly need and left ample supplies of dish cloths, pan scrubs, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and liquid for the washing machine and toilet roll. We have stayed in other places that have supplied the bare minimum. Comfy bed & Sofa . Hairdryer makeup mirror in the bedroom drawer. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Alan told us to treat it like home, feel free to enjoy the lovely garden. It was refreshing to not have lots of do's & don'ts rules. The only checkout request was to leave the used towels in the shower. Looking for a clean, comfortable, quiet & welcoming place to book? You have found a little haven! A gorgeous comfortable cottage. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and was spotlessly clean throughout. Tracy has great attention to detail and it is a lovely place to stay. It is in a good location, not far outside of Lincoln with a bus route right outside. A great local pub with good food only a few minutes down the road. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Such a beautiful place, offering plenty of walks and being conveniently close to the coast. Highly recommend!

The cottage was clean and really nice. Becky was very good at communicating and gave us lots of local information. It was also only 10mins drive away from Cadwell Park, where we spent our days. We’ll look forward to staying there again.

Again another stay at this amazing space. If you are looking for a cozy stay, warm and Everything to hand then this is the place. I have stayed in many places over the year in this area and with doubt Ruth’s property is the best. Just a shame I cannot stay longer. Ruth thank you for everything
