Monthly Rentals in Wollongong North Beach

I stayed here for a month whilst visiting for work. The property is nice and in a great location, and Jake was a good host. The AC broke and he arranged for it to be fixed right away. I would definitely stay here again! However, there is currently construction next door that makes noise Monday - Saturday during the day (starting at 7am on week days so might bother people who want to sleep in)

We had a wonderful stay. Cathryn & Rod were very friendly and they gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. If we saw Cathryn on our way out, she would always say hello and have a chat. Highly recommend and loved our stay! We felt right at home

This place is at a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the beach front. There is a beachside walk way from the park all the way to a light house. The house is spacious for two of us. Having a proper coffee machine, fast internet and netflix are plus for us. We did last minute plan this trip to Wollongong and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Marlene was a lovely host, very friendly and inviting, good conversation with her and partner Peter. We loved our beach walks and early morning swims at the local rock pool. Marlene goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Lots of goodies are provided and we were a little overwhelmed by her generosity. Wine and beer, fruit platter in the fridge plus chocolates, potato chips, cheese & crackers. Ver well catered for to make your stay comfortable and homely.
