Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Witney

We’ve just come back from Jennys after our yearly pre Christmas get together. The property was easy to find and was big enough for the 6 of us. Everything we needed was there. The property is ideally located for walking into town and The Bell, being on 5 minutes walk away, was an ideal place to enjoy an even evening meal. All in all we all agreed that it was one of the best places we’ve stayed and hope to stay again next year……..a definite 10 out of 10!

Orchard House is lovely family home, very comfortable for a large family group stay. Our weekend was a birthday treat for a grandparent and two families with 5 children. Agnes left her own children's toys available to play with and that made the venue a great hit with our youngsters. That and the spacious and extremely well equipped rooms made our weekend a great success. The location is easy to find and well placed for anyone visiting Oxford and the surrounding areas, particularly convenient for Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. An all round 5 star venue and a great and considerate host, Agnes.

We had a lovely two day stay at Brenda's place with our two boys. The house itself was spotless, with a lovely garden and in an amazing location right next to a play park our 3 year old loved. Brenda was extremely responsive and the bag of baby toys left out was a nice touch!

Fantastic place to stay. Breathtaking location, great amenities, house is clutter free, great restaurants pubs in walking distance. Great base for exploring cotswold with family and friends. Third bedroom does not have wardrobe/storage. Fourth bedroom is a sofa bed downstairs so difficult to get young kids to sleep there on their own. Master bedroom is very spacious!

Wow! You couldn’t wish to find a more beautiful setting for a cosy break in the Cotswolds! We had the most amazing time at the Barn. We stayed for just the weekend but wish we could have stayed for longer. The barn is a stunning renovation in a picturesque setting, immaculately tidy, spacious, beautifully dressed throughout, a little slice of English paradise. Our hosts Becky & Tom were so helpful and lovely, they gave us a host of recommendations, from restaurants, pubs and bars to local farm shops and walks. We were greeted with a variety of local treats on arrival. Communication was fantastic and they made us feel so at home. If you’re looking for a romantic break or a little peaceful getaway, you must visit the barn! We will definitely be returning and can’t thank Becky & Tom enough for making our stay so special. Can’t wait to go back x

We a wonderful stay at Rosanna’s place. The house is fabulous and a real home away from home. We loved the comfy beds, games room and sitting room and big dining table which could seat all 9 of us. Rosanna was a welcoming and responsive host and we felt well looked after. We had a lovely day at Westonbirt Arboretum and great meal at the Crown in the village. Would absolutely recommend and would love to come back!

without a shadow 1 of if not the best value for money places I have stayed at on this site. smashing hosts, lovely well equipped, great sun spot,exquisitely turned out. can not recommend highly enough.

The Old Post Office is the perfect place to stay for 2-4 people looking for somewhere authentic, clean and cozy in the heart of the Cotswolds. Lots of pubs, restaurants and shops nearby with excellent walks in the beautiful countryside on your doorstep. Thoroughly recommend !

We stayed with Julian for the Xmas Cheltenham meeting. Fabulous place to stay. Julian was very helpful, the apartment was warm and had everything we needed. There were even Xmas lights up to make it home from home. Would highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay, the place was brilliant - super clean and tidy with all up to date amenities! Alison was a great proactive host to fit around our check in and very responsive! Literally a 4 minute walk to Bourton on the Water great location would 100% recommend to anyone! Thank you Alison!

Nice and neat garden flat short walk to Cheltenham and only 2 miles to the racecourse, lots of eateries and pubs close by it’s a perfect location and has the added bonus of parking on site. The flat is ideal for 2 very comfortable, nice seating areas, modern bathroom and good sized bedroom, and all the facilities needed in the kitchen. It’s as described and Jan gave clear instructions on entry and parking etc, it’s ideal and would definitely stay again.

We had a great time staying in Stow on the Wold. The location was excellent for our friends wedding at Hyde House. The rooms were clean and everything was as it said. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you!

Our unit at attic,3 floor we dont know it doesnt have lif,only small stair going up to level 3.not suitable for kids and many luggage.really tiring,difficult to park if you drive, very long parking if you wanna park for longer time,we just park in front of laundramot since we reach at midnight and check out early morning.the bed only feel spring, not soft comfy.toilet clean but smelly.everything else good.price cheaper than other

Would 100% stay again, what a beautiful air bnb! Natasha was so friendly and helpful through out the booking process and stay. Felt like a home away from home, nice and cosy countryside vibes. Great location with a small walk to a great selection of restaurants and pubs. In the heart of the Cotswolds with all the other villages a short and easy drive away. Miss it already!

Had a fantastic weekend at Claire's flat. Excellent location for a weekend in Cheltenham - easy to walk to shops, bars and restaurants, yet in a lovely quiet street. Claire was a great host, and very responsive to messages before our visit. Thank you!

Beautiful accommodation right in the heart of Stow. Lovely extra touches, biscuits, milk and lots more made the whole stay very special. I would highly recommend and cannot wait to stay again.

Everything was perfect. My family and I loved the apartment specially its location because its walkable from the tourist spots, restaurants and grocery. Parking space was a bonus and Andrew let us park our car after check out when we explored the area. :) Thank you so much.

The perfect Bolthole in lovely Broadway. Claire’s place is in a fantastic location and felt like a home from home. It has everything you need with luxury touches. Myself, my husband and our 6 month old had a lovely stay. Claire was very responsive and helpful.

Have stayed here several times now and never disappointed. A really comfortable, clean and quiet flat, in a great location.....close to amenities, but located in a quiet street just a short walk away Paul's flat offers everything you would require for a really relaxing, comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Dawn’s place is fantastic for exploring Oxford - with free parking and a bus stop 2 minutes away it’s incredibly convenient. The space itself is spacious and clean with everything you need for a short stay. Dawn was responsive to messages and allowed us to use the parking earlier than check in which was really appreciated.
