Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Wisconsin

This was such a fun and unique experience for my family of 4. My kids thought the bunk beds were so cool. We had decent weather. We really liked the on property hiking trail, we only wished it was longer and went around the whole property. There was a county park maybe 5 miles away that my kids enjoyed the trails and playground.

This was our second year at the cabin and it was absolutely spectacular! We enjoyed our stay again and appreciate your attention to detail with all the include amenities. Thanks Again, Dee

We’ve been here multiple times and it never disappoints. It’s so peaceful, we love walking the trails with our dogs and enjoying nature. Kitchen has everything you need, things are always in good repair, beds are comfortable, and the cabin is cozy. The only thing I wish was different each time is that I had booked an extra day!

Nice little cabin. Warm, clean, perfect location for our grouse hunting trip. Scott and Lisa were great hosts. Friendly and responsive. We got to meet them (their place is just down the road). Had a drink and watched a half of football with them....very enjoyable! Nice folks.

I really enjoyed my stay. The cabin was neat and clean. Matt was proactive in his communication. The cabin is right off a walking and biking trail making it very easy to go into town. The fire pit area was very nice. I look forward to coming back soon.

Chad and Vickie have a great place in the Driftless. It’s the perfect spot to relax after a day of fishing; clean, peaceful, well maintained. It was a pleasure to stay there. This was my second time at their property and I plan to return.

Beautiful cabin and location! This is the perfect quiet relaxing get-a-way. Loved hiking and time in the hot tub. We were able to melt the work stress away and leave feeling rejuvenated! Had the pleasure of meeting Eric in person. We will definitely book again and look at your other locations also. Thank you!

This cabin is soooooo worth it!!! You'll want to understand that the listing is very accurate about its possible drawbacks (i.e. it is small, no couch or wifi, etc) BUT what it does have are a treasure: nature, view of the gorgeous creek, comfy chairs, and a wide variety of VHS tapes and puzzles/games. PLUS highly responsive hosts who are on site for anything you might need! They're kind, helpful people who will give you space or a long chat, whatever you prefer. :-) The new shower since my last visit is an excellent upgrade. This was my 5th visit, and I'm already planning my 6th. It is peaceful, quiet, "off the beaten path" and refreshing for the soul. My dog and I had a great visit with many walks around the property (there are trails to follow). Thank you, Linda and Robert! I'll certainly be back. :-)

Staying at this Airbnb was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how well-equipped and comfortable the place was. It truly had everything you could think of and more. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and then some, making it easy to have a cup of coffee or heat up a meal! The living spaces were cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The attention to detail was evident everywhere. There were thoughtful touches like extra blankets, a variety of board games, and even a selection of books! The host went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, providing toiletries, laundry supplies, and even brochures of things to do nearby! The location was fantastic, offering a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. Overall, this Aironb exceeded all expectations and made for a truly memorable stay. I can't recommend it highly enough!

My wife and I; our 3 teenagers and our pup stayed at Cara’s place- Rowyns Resort main cabin and had a fabulous time. Easy to find. Remote but close to any amenities you need Short, pretty and easy drive to town- The home was very clean, bright and spacious. Great layout. Easily met our needs and large enough we could have had another family with us and been comfortable. Clean rooms. Comfortable furniture and beds. All the amenities and accoutrements you need on site. Hot water for shower/bath. The deck was fabulous looking over the water and watching wildlife. Fish from the shore or dock- The hot tub was perfect for relaxing and watching stars. The shared game room is great. Cozy and full of fun and games- We had the best time- Cara and team were very responsive to any need and ensured a great stay. Would highly recommend this property and property manager! Don’t miss this gem We can’t wait to go back in the summer and try another season!! Enjoy!

Loved the big beautiful window looking onto the lake!

We enjoyed a relaxing long weekend thanks to Cheryl’s place. It’s a classic lake cottage with updates that suited us perfectly. Not fancy but rather the kind of place that had everything we needed and wanted. We were so happy that our dog could join us, too. The pond is beautiful and so peaceful. The cottage is clean and welcoming and the kitchen is well equipped. Cheryl was proactive and responded quickly to my one question. I highly recommend it — but only to people who don’t want to visit when we want to go back!

What a beautiful view from the picture window! This place was charming and had everything you could need to relax. My host was very accommodating and attentive. She brought a basketful of fresh linens to accommodate my change in guests due to schedules and availability of my family and friends. The pizza place that was recommended was fantastic and they delivered. The place is in a great location, close enough to town but out in the country. The sunsets were enjoyed on the deck:) One morning early while lounging on the couch I saw a beautiful yellow autumn dressed tree and under it’s branches a buck, majestic with his antlers under the tree shaking the bottom branches:) Very peaceful. We also enjoyed siting around the smokeless fire pit. Thank you for sharing your home with us!:)

Great cabin Airbnb. I felt like I was able to scape the city for the weekend at this Airbnb. I recommend for a peaceful retreat in Wausaw.

The cottage was small but worked for our family of four. They were super welcoming of our puppy, too!

Nora was fantastic to work with, and the Birdhouse is well named and filled with small touches of home! Would love to come back again when the lake is thawed and explore more of the area!

This was such a great place to stay for a laidback get together to celebrate a birthday. We had everything that we needed in the kitchen to cook meals for each day we stayed, enough towels for 5 people for showers and to dry off after the hot tub. The bathrooms were stocked up with travel sized soap and shampoo/conditioner. A very beautiful & clean cabin experience! The trains were not a bother whatsoever even if they were frequent, we enjoyed them and didn’t find them to be a distraction or too loud. We ended up hiking at the Sugar Creek Bluff which we found with the brochures left at the cabin. The overlook was absolutely beautiful! There was plenty of room for a group of 5 and easy check in/check out process. We enjoyed the sunset and sunrise view that the stay provided and the view of the river. While the cabin was nearby to others, we felt very private and secluded. We were not bothered at all during our stay which was preferred. Also, the clue game was so much fun to complete. :)

Loved staying at this beautifully appointed home and relaxing spaces to enjoy from the living room to the back yard all inviting for a stay! Thank you to the house host and her quick response to any little question I had. Definitely will stay again in the future.

Our group had a great stay, excellent setup for dogs! Convenient location with a neighborhood feel. Really nice big yard to romp around. Beds were very comfy, and outfitted with all the amenities and supplies you may need. Thank you!

We had a group of ladies over for Women's State Bowling Tournament. The house was in a great location, we felt perfectly at home. when we got there, there were snacks and beverages to welcome us as well as a little sign and card of encouragement for our weekend tournament. Shannon responded extremely quickly with any questions/concerns we had and was very flexible to work with. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful house!

My husband and I visited this rental for the first time recently and fell in love. It was close to our family but decent space to relax and was quite! I would 100% recommend this rental and the owner was SO helpful and responsive. Couldn’t recommend a better place in the area!

Nicely updated home. Lots of little touches to make the stay very comfortable. Appreciated the large fenced in yard for the dog and use of the garage. Great location & hosts!
