Monthly Rentals in Winterset

We loved the cabin … very clean, cozy and comfortable. Perfect as a very quiet, peaceful getaway for my wife and me. We appreciated the close proximity to Salt Fork State Park, where we hiked each day during our stay. We especially enjoyed the super cozy loft area of the cabin and had some great views of the night sky while enjoying the outdoor fire pit.

1k characters is not enough. Before I booked Dennis texted me to make sure I had 4WD to snow. I had zero issues. This place was perfect. There is a TV. Internet was spot on I worked a lot from the house, teams calls etc no issues with service. The place was very clean, I brought my dog and she's hypoallergenic and a fear when there are other dogs possibly staying there, but no issues with allergies. If you are on the fence, should I go spend the weekend or the month like I did, do it! And when you do you will be like I am really glad that I read a positive review like this. The area was beautiful, I woke up to snow and some cold temps. Between the fireplace and propane heater when fireplace wasn't being used it was perfect temp wise inside when it was -15 outside. The deer were great. My dog wanted to play with them, but she hated the stim collar and when she would go out they would run away. lol. Just a reminder there is no oven, but there is a gas grill and stove.

Rusty’s cabin was just like the pictures! Very peaceful nice get away for me and my family. A lot of indoor activities, we had a wonderful time and plan to visit again soon.
