Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

Jenny and Peter’s place was really beautiful. The annex was clean and tidy on arrival. Peter showed us around and was very welcoming and helpful when it came to things to do in the area. It was well stocked with everything we needed. An added bonus was their beautiful dog Esther frequently paying us visits throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend coming and staying here it was the most relaxing weekend and a perfect start to 2025! We would definitely like to return.

The property is really lovely and the bungalow is first class. Extremely comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. Richard and Stephanie were very helpful and communication was easy with prompt replies.

Jen is a very responsive and available host. The apartment is well located, with good access to public transport to easily reach the center of London. The accommodation is perfectly equipped. We would love to come back if we come back to London. Thank you also for breakfast, it is a much appreciated attention! ✨

Great host! Jo was extremely responsive to questions. She was also proactive in seeking us out. She went out of her way to have a small snack ready upon our arrival. The house was very clean and as advertised. I would highly recommend.

We had a lovely couple of days here, Fay was so helpful with recommendations we loved the app helping us find local walking routes! The accommodation was perfect - so warm and cosy and had everything we needed. Hot tub was lovely! Such a quiet and private location, a beautiful setting. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Fantastic little place. The pictures in all honesty do not do it justice. We were moving house, so needed somewhere to crash out and get away from the chaos and this was the perfect place. Great location, easy to find.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

Charlotte and Adam are amazing people. We feel fortunate to have spent special additional time with them. Their house is a marvel and was perfect for our Thanksgiving family gathering.

Beautiful setting, and a really cosy cottage. Both Alex (the host) and Phillip (lives on the site) were incredibly hospitable. It’s clear a lot of effort has gone into making this property a home away from home, and we really enjoyed our stay. Be sure to check out the woods at the back, which is perfect for dogs!

Both Deborah and Pete are the ultimate hosts. They helped us settle in immediately, both friendly and very approachable. The attention to detail in this accommodation is excellent, from welcome gifts on arrival (including fresh eggs laid daily) and treats and extra blankets etc for our dog. There are lovely gardens and a beautiful pond area in this small holding, stunning for walks any season! It was a peaceful haven for us during a house renovation period where it was wonderful to return to each day. The wonderful sound of owls at nighttime and the magical woodland walks make this a beautiful and serene place to both relax and have as a base for exploring the Surrey hills and surrounds.

This was our third visit to the drey, visiting family in Horsham. We were very happy here again. Very comfortable, and the kids loved having cooper around

Had a wonderful couple of days at Pony Cottage, very clean, well stocked for tea, coffee, milk and biscuits! Virginia I felt had covered every aspect to make sure it’s a comfortable stay. Beautiful garden, 5 mins into the village, which has lovely coffee shops and restaurants, everything you need. Bonus also of having beautiful walks on your door step. I look forward to returning!

Lucie and Craig’s Airbnb was incredibly convenient and easy to locate. They were very proactive, quick to respond, and accommodating when I needed to extend my stay. I absolutely loved my time there; it felt just like home. I would definitely choose to stay with them again!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with beautiful walks right on the doorstep and some great pubs nearby to enjoy. The woodland hideaway itself was spotless, with all the amenities we could have asked for. We especially loved the thoughtful touch of scones, cream, and jam upon arrival—a perfect treat to start our stay. The log fire made the place even cozier, and we were very comfortable inside, even during the colder evenings. Our dog absolutely loved the freedom of running around the fully enclosed garden. It was the perfect escape for all of us. We can’t recommend Heidi’s place highly enough and will definitely return!

Sally could not have been a better more attentive host. The property was exactly what we needed, we had sold our house and was looking for a long term let. We honestly couldn't believe our luck finding a property like this and especially a host like Sally. Could honestly not speak highly enough of our host.

Fabulous terraced house in a lovely, quiet street in Henley. 10 min walk from town so it's perfectly situated (and it's near the station). Stunning property, lovely layout. Felt very much at home. Adam was quick to respond and helpful. I'd stay again 100%. We took our 2 dogs too which was amazing and the back garden is perfect. Highly recommend.
