Clean, spacious place with only a short walk to downtown Arkansas City. The hosts were incredibly responsive and courteous.

The Kozy Landing is indeed very cozy! This is our third time staying at this location and it was as welcoming as in the past. Nice quiet neighborhood and my family loves walking to the nearby park.

We were visiting our daughter in Winfield and happened on to Tracie’s beautiful apartment. Our granddaughter spent the night with us, and we enjoyed a nice walk to the College Hill Coffee Shop the following day. That evening, we visited the Ladybird Brewery with friends. There is so much to do within walking distance. The apartment is relaxing and immaculately clean. Oh, my daughters also got massages downstairs at the Rejuvv Med Spa, best ever! We will be back!

Our stay at the Sherlock House was wonderfully relaxing. Beautifully decorated with modern/old fixtures that give the home a very warm feel. Melinda is a great host that went over the top with a nice welcome basket and little extras trinkets that send you on a hunt to solve the mystery. Best stay ever.
