Gretchen is a great host, and her house is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at, and it felt like home. Gretchen put so much heart and thought into the home's decor, which has a very cute beachy feel. Gretchen House also has all the amenities you need for the ultimate beach day to the most peaceful beach day. The AC runs cold, which is nice. The internet is fast, 500 megabits. Telecommuting was effortless and comfortable. The beach is a 7-minute walk from the house. We found ourselves walking back and forth frequently throughout the days. Restaurants are close and within walking distance. Amazon deliveries and grocery deliveries via Walmart + were available, and Uber Eats delivers for a small fee to none. Over all we were able to relax and enjoy our time without having to drive places. Gretchen! I arrived late after dark but Chris’ guest duplex had a light on. Also there is attractive landscape lighting both front and in the enchanting private backyard patio. It felt magical entering this lovely place located in one of the best neighborhoods in Sarasota. This duplex was spotless and attractively furnished. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Chris is a responsive, helpful host who respects the guest’s privacy. This is the place to stay if you ever visit Sarasota.

Easy access to Clearwater and Dunedin. Loren was friendly and accommodating to our needs.

Great house close to everything. Kitchen is beautifully updated and functional. Big yard which is a bonus. Andrew was super responsive and thoughtful.

We were in town for a few Spring Training games and this was a convenient location. Montana was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. Very clean apartment and very easy to find. A nice private area out front for children to play safely. Would definitely stay here again. Hey Vacay were very friendly and quick to respond to my messages.

Great accommodations with simple and tasteful elegance. Peaceful setting and convenient to everything we were interested in—museums, beach, restaurants and stores. Couldn’t ask for a better place.

Location was unbeatable! 2min walk to bridge street and it’s across the street from the beach. It’s a studio, so it’s definitely a small space but worked for my husband and I. Bed was comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay to work from the place and use it for a mini vacation! The parking spot is tight, but worked for the convertible we rented. Would recommend and stay here again!
