Monthly Rentals in Williston

We love everything about the Yates Cottage. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful view soothed my soul — so much so, that we already have plans to return soon! I was up at first light each morning to greet the sunrise, and then saw the sunset at days’ end. A kingfisher and great blue heron kept me company each morning to see the birds start to take flight. Don’t forget to take your binoculars — the Cape Lookout Lighthouse is directly across the Sound and you can see pods of dolphin and pelicans fishing. If you are an avid birder, as I am, the Tundra swans are early this year, and can be seen nearby in Davis. Nothing could be finer than our visit here — we are blessed to have found the Cottage.

We’re very satisfied with our accommodation & pleasantly surprise with the complimentary wine & snacks. Was able to access the tv & WiFi without any issue. We certainly would come back & recommend this place. Thank you for making us feel comfortable & we enjoyed our visit of Beaufort NC! 😇👍

It was a cute rental that was perfect for staying right on the beach. I felt safe at the location and I thoroughly enjoyed walking to the beach everyday.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. place is beautiful – even nicer than the photos. Everything was sparkly clean, well-maintained, and carefully designed for comfort and relaxation. The host was friendly and communicative and ensured we had everything we needed. Great location – remote enough to be peaceful and scenic, but close to things to do. Whether seeking a tranquil escape or an adventurous vacation, this place is great. Highly recommended and hope to visit again
