Although we're walkable to many attractions, our street is tranquil and you'll enjoy sitting in a porch rocker with a glass of wine (in our varietal-correct Riedel glasses), or relaxing in the hammock.

This was our second stay at Tina's place. It is comfortable and meets our need for a functioning kitchen where one can cook complete meals. Tina is also not stingy on supplies. This in itself is unusual for many vacation rentals. Hands down the best asset of Tina's place is the full, in your face ocean view and walkable location to the beach. Do note the stairs. We're old(er) and take the stairs in stride. Thanks again Tina.

This little house is a delightful place to stay. The day room off the living room is particularly pleasant to spend time in. There is lots of light and a good view of the ocean. The kitchen is excellent - we did a lot of cooking in it. The main bed is comfortable. My only somewhat critical comment is that the shower is pretty tight, even for small women, but it is absolutely clean and nicely equipped. The location is, for us, ideal - right at the meeting of the rocky 804 trail along the coast with the miles long beach to Waldport. The house happens to be the same one (nicely renovated) that my partner and I visited many times years ago, so we had a feeling of coming home to an old beloved place that was really special. Thank you, Jessica.

Wanted a quiet spot to get away and this worked out great. The cottage is super cute, absolutely spotless, and comfortable. You can open the back door and listen to the sounds of the river. It would make for a good 'home base' for exploring nearby trails and waterfalls. There are several good options nearby to pick up food (check out the local bakery), or bring food with you (which is what I did). There is a small fridge, a microwave, and toaster oven for heating items. If the weather had been more cooperative, I would have explored more, but I enjoyed just hanging out and enjoying the peace and quiet. Bring a book, some games, or download some movies to catch up on and take some time to unwind!

Home was perfect for a relaxing and peaceful vacation! Can't say enough about how comfortable Jeanie and David's place is. Kitchen is well stocked, anything you might need is available. Home is clean and well taken care of, nicely decorated and fun touches throughout. Owners were great to communicate with and gave us many local suggestions. Looking forward to returning to this special place!
