We stayed with Sven for a few days while visiting friends in Kessel-lo, so the location was ideal. The house is a little hard to find as the picture on Google is 15 years old and the house number isn't clear. However, Sven's instructions were clear. He communicated with us very well. The apartment is lovely and the surroundings are very rural, given you are only 10 minutes from central Leuven. Sven's house is built into the hill. The access driveway and the apartment stairs are steep. There are several steps on the entrance path. The advertised EV charger wasn't functional during our stay, but there are numerous charging points in the vicinity. EV charging in Belgium is much more common than in the UK. We had no problems with charging during our stay.

I stayed at Karine's studio for 1 month. It was a really great experience! The studio has everything you need to live by yourself, and you can go to a lot of different places (restaurants, bus/train stops, markets) within a walking distance of the apartment. Karine was a great host, always answered my questions really quickly and helped me a lot during my stay! For anyone that needs a long stay in Leuven, I highly recommend this studio and Karine as a host!
