Monthly Rentals in Wicker Park, Chicago

My husband and I wanted something close to a Blue Line stop from O'Hare airport, with walkable restaurants and shops, in a safe neighborhood, and this place was absolutely perfect! Less than 10 minute walk to Damen Blue Line stop with so many restaurants and businesses easily within walking distance. The pictures don't do it justice. The place is spacious, well decorated, with lots of natural light. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope to use this place again for our next venture to the Wicker Park area!

My mom stayed at Melissa’s place for a month when she came to help out and spend time with our newborn. We live in the neighborhood and Melissa’s place was perfect! It had everything she needed and easily walkable to our place as well as all of the great shops and restaurants on Division. Melissa was incredibly helpful and made my Mom feel very comfortable and welcome during her stay. Highly recommend Melissa’s place!

I had a great time for 5 weeks at this apartment. Beautifully clean when I arrived. Easy check in with pin pad, great kitchen with everything I needed, much better then the photos of the kitchen. It is full size with full fridge/stove/dishwasher/microwave/water filter etc. Bathroom is small but functional. Bed was comfortable and apartment was more spacious then I anticipated. Couch was also very comfortable. I was very happy with the apartment. I would absolutely stay here again if available. Host was helpful and responsive.

Very nice and comfortable little basement apartment in Garfield Park. It was very quiet and cozy and I felt right at home! The bed was also super soft. Tanya and Lee were very communicative and checked in a lot whenever I needed anything.
