Really recommend. Location is great for the beach and walkable to Westgate which has loads of amazing independent food venues and shops. Ate so well!! Our host was really helpful and had great local knowledge and recommendations. The property was spacious, really nice and clean. Our kids (7 & 4) loved playing on the mezzanine and enjoyed having access to some toys and games. It was a really nice stay!

We had an incredible stay at Bobby’s house in Kent! It was a fantastic experience, especially for the children with special needs we brought along—they absolutely loved it. The house was perfect for our group, and Bobby was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

A lovely bungalow, in a great location. Walmer, Deal and Dover Castle well worth a visit. Will highly recommend to family and friends.

A great stay to celebrate Christmas with the family, by the fireplace, around a beautiful tree and nice little gifts as soon as we arrive! Nikitia was very attentive to us and even recommended several Christmas activities in the area...

I can’t express enough how incredible Karen made our Valentine’s Day proposal. From the moment I reached out to her with my plan, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. She helped me find the most amazing restaurant, and while we were away, she transformed the garden into an absolute dream. There was a beautiful rose petal walkway, candles, jars filled with roses, a lit fire, champagne on ice, and even fur coats – everything was just perfect. Karen truly made this experience unforgettable, and I can’t recommend her and the house enough. If you haven’t been, you’re truly missing out! The house and its surroundings are simply breathtaking. A huge thank you to Karen for making this day everything I envisioned and more. We can’t wait to visit again – it’s a 100% guarantee!

Great house to spend time with friends for a 50th. Very close to Canterbury which has lots of great shops, bars and restaurants. Also close to Chapel down and a couple of stellar pub do lunch out dinner. The house was everything we needed it to be and the pool was perfect!

Had a brilliant holiday at the lighthouse - great location with sea and walks in the doorstep. The house was perfect for us really interesting , inspiring and quirky with everything you could need. Comfy beds, clean, private and quiet. Maggie was a lovely host to communicate with. Great views too! Want to return in the summer to use the pool! Thank you :)

Was very happy with our stay at Peter’s place…the location couldn’t have been better, easy walking to the sea and the shops, beautifully clean and well equipped with great communication from Peter and cleaning staff. Parking is the only slight issue but you can find somewhere and just keep an eye out for spaces as they appear! Would def recommend and highly likely to return for longer I suspect! Thanks again 😃

Had a wonderful stay in Herne Bay with a big group of friends for my partners 30th. Lovely and spacious perfect for the size of our group, lovely quiet area with lots of shops, pubs and places to eat all very near. Hot tub was a great touch to enjoy. Everything was perfect to cooking, baking a cake, having drinks and chilling in front of the tele. Lisa was a great host very quick to respond, felt very relaxed speaking to her and very helpful overall. Neighbour was very friendly. I highly recommend if there is a large group to book. All of us all said we would return especially in the summer with the kiddies to take them to the beach.

What an amazing place, Seasalter Cabin provided us with a “home” to stay for 4 days. There were lots of options if you want to eat out, or cook! We love your kitchen and that dining table. Feeling energised and chilled afterwards. Thank you!

Our stay at Jo’s couldn’t have been more perfect! I would also say that the communal area looks even better than the photos and is just a great space to all be together. Myself and my partner were getting married at a venue down the road (we actually live local) but we used the opportunity to have the bridal party stay together the night before and then all our parents the night of the event and it was just perfect. We had everything we needed and over the weekend I had a few questions for Jo who went above and beyond to help us! Thanks so much for making a memorable weekend even more memorable. The house was spotless, nicely decorated and well maintained, in a quiet area. Travel cot and high chair provided were good quality and clean, and kitchen was stocked with enough equipment for a short break. Stefanie was responsive to queries and altogether a great host.

Alana is very lovely and you can tell she takes pride in her home. It's really cosy and smelled lovely. Her communication on everything was on point, Alana was foreword to offer her help if necessary making herself available if needed. Really happy we chose here to stay. We had a really fantastic weekend at Sara’s house. It is so beautiful. We loved being there and would go back again in a heartbeat. The house and garden were even of a much higher standard than the photos portrayed. A perfect weekend.

We all had a lovely time in this large chalet by the seaside! The area was really pleasant, the accommodation was to a good standard, the amount of toys etc accessible to the kids was excellent - being winter we were indoors mostly when not exploring - and it was generally a great family spot to stay.

Perfect house, had everything we needed for a family of 4 over Christmas, even a Christmas tree, crackers and chocolate! Host was responsive and very friendly, house was clean and had ample space. It was toddler proof and felt comfortable and safe. Hosts appreciated and listened to feedback. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you!
