I recently stayed at Jacob’s Airbnb, and it was such a wonderful experience! The space was beautifully maintained, and the hot tub and fireplace were absolute highlights of the stay. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the cozy fireplace made the evenings feel so warm and inviting. The attention to detail in the space was impressive, and everything was perfectly set up to make the stay comfortable. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a relaxing and cozy getaway!

Jeff and Ingrid’s home was perfect. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament with our two teenage girls and the home had more than enough space. The home was clean, beds very comfortable and had all kitchen amenities you could ask for. The pool was great as heated for our stay in November. Jeff and Ingrid were very responsive and communication was great. I would love to come back with my husband and son for some more relaxation. Thank you again Jeff and Ingrid.

This place is charming. Filled with historical details but modern conveniences. The neighborhood is beautiful!

Sabrina was very responsive and helpful at all times. The backyard was perfect for a relaxing vacation for our entire family. There’s so many places to sit and hang out, plus the kids loved fishing off the dock. The best part was the passing manatees. We had a great time spending our New Years there.

My family of three really enjoyed our stay at Jose's place. Jose responded promptly every time we had a question. He was very friendly and attentive! We were 5 minutes away from my parents' home, which was so convenient. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby as well, and easy access to the highway. The house is very cute with comfortable beds and a full kitchen. We really loved the fantastic water pressure in the shower! The backyard is large (although we didn't use it) and the screened in porch was nice to sit and relax in when we had a second. The home is on a busier road, but the house seems to be pretty well insulated because it didn't bother us at all. All three of us were very satisfied with Mike, Skyla, and Jose's place. We would most definitely rent again!

I cannot say enough about Courtney as a host. She was flexible and always responded immediately if I had a question. The apartment had everything one would need for a beach vacation. Great beach chairs and umbrella too! Loved her snacks for my afternoons at the beach. As others stated so close to beach and restaurants. Highly recommend this rental.

Great little place in st Pete. Clean and as described

My wife Marion and I totally enjoyed meeting Mary and loved her place. It was very much as described and was full of many extra's that made us feel conformance at home. The location was perfect for a visit to downtown and the pier to the east and to the beaches to the west. We would say that this was one of our best Airbnb stays and recommend this rental 100%

This is a great spot if you're looking for a place to stay in downtown Sarasota. Everything is modern and clean. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The water pressure in the showers is phenomenal. The beds were very comfortable. Includes a water pitcher in the fridge for filtered drinking water. The only drawback was our unit was facing Fruitville Road so traffic noise was bothersome, but we had the windows open for fresh air so that probably contributed to that. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great stay. Location made it easy to get to all of our desired destinations. The home was very comfortable with plenty of amenities and a great backyard to lounge in.

I actually ended up sick while traveling and Mark was by thoughtful and accommodating with all my various requests. Thank you!!

My second stay at one of Jay's cabins was wonderful. It's a cozy, comfy place to stay, whether for a few nights or a few months (which I have done and will be doing again). The neighborhood is quiet and serene. I had a maintenance issue come up and it was taken care of very quickly. Would return in a heartbeat and I will soon!

This was a beautiful cabin next to a gorgeous lake, the hosts were very responsive and kind! Will gladly stay again should I ever revisit the area! :)

Jays place was very cozy and comfy. The view off the front porch of #406 was the perfect place to have coffee in the morning and enjoy a cocktail in the evening. He was very responsive and everything was available that was listed. I would stay again if I end back up in Seminole.

This place is definitely one in a million. If you’re looking to get away and want a quiet peaceful stay with amazing views this is your place. Everyone in and around the neighborhood is extremely friendly and felt like a very safe place as a single woman staying there. Judy was very responsive almost immediately to any questions I had. I will definitely be coming back to this place when I need a little break to enjoy the views!! Absolutely amazing spot!!

We are returning guests to the cottage - we love how the cabin itself reminds us of being in a cabin in Asheville NC or Marin CA, or somewhere not in Florida ... yet the property has Florida country charm, you feel like you're off the grid, yet only 20 minutes from Sarasota. On this visit, there was a need to communicate to Jenn - due to an issue that was Airbnb's fault she could see our message but could not respond. She ended up locating my phone number and texting me and bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable and that everyting was satisfactory. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy.

I stayed here for about 7 weeks on sabbatical. It was a wonderful, rejuvenating experience. The cabin is cozy and serene. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The lake was a 30 second walk away. Less than a 15 minute drive to the beach, 10 minutes to the grocery store, tons of restaurants nearby. Any issues were promptly addressed and Jay went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would come back in a heartbeat.
