Welcome to the “Blue Gull!” You will find everything you need for a perfect beach getaway in this cozy 1 bedroom condo! We are perched on the 3rd floor and with that comes tall ceilings, a balcony with a view of Lake Padre, and a peaceful quietness. While the condo is within walking distance to the beach (5 minutes), you can also have a vacation without leaving the complex. The community offers many other amenities...hot tub, heated pool, sauna, fitness center, etc. What’s not to love?!?!!!

A refreshing pool is surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees. Four blue lounge chairs are positioned nearby, providing a place to relax. The pool area is enclosed with a glass railing, offering clear views of the water and sky.

North Padre beach condo ocean/pool/hotub/pond view

This beautiful condo is nestled in the Bay Area of North Padre Island white beaches and Surfing only 2 hours from San Antonio. You don’t have to Drive 5 hours to South Padre and you get the same feel. You can see Schlitrerbaun off my balcony along with the Bay Area and beautiful coast line. If your children are plays in the pool you can see them from the kitchen window. This is the best kept secret just south or corpus and Port A. Mikel Mays Restaruant and bar is only minutes away on the pier.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including an electric stove and an organized knife block. White cabinetry and wood-like flooring create a clean and inviting space. A decorative container labeled 'HOLD ME' adds a personal touch, while natural light brightens the room.
