Monthly Rentals in Whale Island

This is a really great spot in Kodiak! Convenient to pretty much everything, but still a bit removed from the downtown. It is small but perfect for one or two people traveling -- I had plenty of space and felt right at home. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with every utensil, plate, etc you could imagine needing. The living space is comfortable, and everything is extremely clean and tidy. I would certainly stay here again in Kodiak and would recommend my friends to do the same!

It was a very nice, cozy home that my family enjoyed for our Christmas vacation. It was listed exactly as expected. Amy is awesome, very responsive and super nice! I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Amazing place, we were equipped for our adventure but there were so many well thought out little things here. IE fishing rods, boot dryer, BBQ ( with some coal ready to go ) fire place was well stocked with kindling and larger wood. The host has provided ample instructions for the space and local attractions. Super friendly we loved the place so much we are already planning our next trip to the island. this host and location will not disappoint. can't wait to come back and try out that fire pit...
