Monthly Rentals in Westwood Village, Los Angeles

The hosts are responsive and have clear instructions. They are helpful in all aspects. The apartment is accurately listed. The neighborhood is easy to walk around as it is right in the university area with a few supermarkets in walkable distance. We stayed over Christmas and there are no parties as far as we noticed. The neighbours are friendly too. We are glad to have chosen this apartment / area to stay in and thank you!

Nice apt in Westwood. Nice touch with welcome snacks and water. Kitchen well setup. Nice place. Nice spacious gym as well. Perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend stay.

I was here for a month, and had a wonderful experience at this apartment. Paul and his team were very responsive and quick to take care of the one issue I had . (Heater had a problem that was fixed within a few hours) The location is perfect, neighborhood is nice, the studio apartment is perfect size for one person. Bed is comfortable too. Only thing I would mention that wasn’t great is that the street parking is a toss up as to whether you get a great spot, or have to park several blocks away. But I highly recommend this listing, and the hosts, it was a great stay.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to because Carlos went above & beyond to take care of every detail of my stay. He was always there to answer any questions, his place was better then advertised, super comfy, clean & classy. I stayed for over 2 months & recommend anyone looking for a long stay choose Carlos he’s really a super host! If I could give him more then 5 stars I would, & can go on & on about how amazing he & my stay were. Going to miss century city & his apt. Don’t make the mistake & pass up his place you will regret it!
