We stayed at honeypot cottage for New Year’s Eve. The cottage is super cute and is decorated beautifully. We appreciated the welcome biscuits! The village is very peaceful with great walks from the front door. We walked to the swan with two nicks and it was a lovely walk with great food at the end! We struggled to get and keep the cottage warm and there is no way we could have done it without the log burner so worth bearing in mind if you’re renting in the winter! It’s also worth noting for those bringing dogs that the garden is not accessible directly from the cottage. You have to go through next doors courtyard which is easy enough, but just a bit of a pain if you have a dog like ours who refused to toilet in the courtyard 😅 Simon and Caroline responded quickly to our messages before our arrival but left thorough notes for us, so we didn’t have the need to contact them during our stay. I have no doubt that they would have been helpful!

Julie's place was absolutely amazing. the interior design was incredible with everything you need to feel right at home. The lodge is well heated so great for the colder months. The garden is also a treat, really nice to walk around along with seeing the sheep! Easy to get to and access, anyone staying here will surely enjoy their stay.

Lovely homely cottage in a beautiful small town with plenty of places for food, coffee or drinks. Really well organised and equipped and the communication from the hosts was excellent. We will be back - thank you!

David is a excellent host! Really enjoyed my stay for my boyfriend’s birthday. Despite the cold weather the cabin, pool and jacuzzi was so warm. Extremely relaxing stay :)

This trip served multiple purposes for work personal visit and it was incredibly convenient . Wonderfully responsive hosts I will be back x

The loft is a lovely cosy spot. My friend and I were visiting the area for an event and The Loft was perfectly located for us. We visited the Fox and Hounds for a meal and had a very enjoyable evening. Good food and friendly service. Celine is a friendly and helpful host and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Ideal!!

A good stay at Number 11. The kitchen is well appointed and the bed was very comfy. Quiet at night so I slept very well! Andy was friendly and helpful. Great checking in instructions and lots of info on where to go and local amenities.

Amazing place, feel so relaxed after our stay. Can’t wait to return next year

Sallys place is beautiful, a rare gem stuck in time. the gardens particularly stuck out and the wild ducks topped it off. i would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get away from everyday life for a while. only thing i would say is it was pretty cold due to it being an old building and difficult to heat but it was January! Thanks Sally

Jennifer was so welcoming and warm as a host. We greatly enjoyed her stay and appreciated all of her support and well wishes.

Cornerview apartment is warm and comfortable and well equipped . It has a home from home feel and is well located for access to Cambridge attractions on foot or by short bus / taxi ride. It was really conveniently placed for visiting our daughter and family and for them to “pop round” to us, which made for an ideal way to have a family reunion . Rebecca went the extra mile and decorated the apartment ready for Christmas and even left us a welcome box of mince pies ! The toy stash was a major hit with our toddler grandson when he came to visit “granny’s house”! We found Rebecca to be very proactive and responsive - so much so that we didn’t have any questions for her , it was all taken care of in a detailed manual which she sent ahead of our arrival, and included labelled photos showing us how to access the apartment as we were arriving after dark. We would definitely like to choose Cornerview apartment again. Thank you Rebecca !

Super clean, smelt great, pictures accurate. We had a fun one night stay for my son’s 7th birthday - he and his friend loved hanging out in the upstairs nook. We had brownies on arrival which was lovely and beds super comfy. 5 stars!
