Perfect little new years getaway we will never forget! Jeanie was absolutely fantastic from point of booking & throughout our stay. Very friendly, helpful, accomodating & quickly responded to messages. I honestly cannot fault this place or the quality service received. Extremely clean throughout, homely & comfortable for our little family of four. Peaceful & private location. The pool & slide were a highlight for the kids. The property had everything we needed to make our stay easy, relaxing & very enjoyable. Fresh fruit, milk, eggs & snacks were an additional bonus. Highly recommend & looking forward to going back again in the future!

We love staying at Jan's. Jan is always very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We have stayed here a few times over the last few years. We prefer to stay here rather than any where else in Canberra. It is a very pleasant and relaxing environment. Love the birds, fish pond, garden. The accommodation has all the necessary requirements.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Bootle Place. Wendy and Roy were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my experience truly delightful. They were also very accommodating with the check-in time, which I greatly appreciated. The thoughtful provision of snacks, coffee, and a variety of food items added a warm, welcoming touch. The place itself was beautifully maintained, and the peaceful, serene surroundings made it even more enjoyable.
